Highly recommend! We decided to let our property through Henry Ward after finding them competitive with commission fees from the other agents in the area. We dealt with Gavin who gave a very professional & friendly service throughout.
He found us the perfect tenants and everybody happy all round.
Even now they are Hybrid working, still have provided a great service.

Gavin and Caroline have been the most wonderful estate agents. I bought by property via Henry Ward eight years ago, used them as managing agents when I rented the place out for a few years and then employed their services again when I came to sell. They were always efficient, professional and, above all, friendly.

From the very beginning Caroline and Gavin have been very professional and helpful, whilst remaining friendly and approachable. Gavin always entered our home respectfully when hosting viewings and was able to take photos that showed our house in its best light.
Caroline really knows her stuff when it comes to mortgages and was always ready to answer my questions via email and on the telephone.
I would recommend Henry Ward to anyone wishing to sell their home.

This was a totally different experience of an estate agent. Both Caroline and Gavin were the most caring and professional agents we have met. Their wealth of both experience and knowledge of the process was clear from our first meeting. We would have no hesitation in employing them again if the occasion arose.
We were kept fully informed at all times of the process and that extended to the dialogue with our solicitor who remarks the same.
Henry Ward is for us the only solution to selling a house in Waltham Abbey.

Gavin and Caroline were superb throughout the whole process. They supported us when it seemed things were tricky and calmed us if we got worried or stressed .
They were always helpful empathetic and proactive, and responsive and communicative returning calls if unavailable. Nothing was too much trouble .
It is obvious how much they care about their business and clients so we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
They completely dispel all the myths of estate agents , we can’t thank you enough .
