No matter how much I thank Christina enough! Our adventure began when my landlord lost his house to the bank and I had to leave the house. The story ended with me buying the house and staying there. Christina helped me a lot throughout this process. She pushed me through every step of the way. She solved every seemingly impossible obstacle by trying many times. I still can't believe how we accomplished all of this. We are very lucky to know her. Hope everyone knows such a hero in their life.

I cannot recommend Roffeys enough. My partner and I have been looking for a flat for months now and we went to pretty much all renting agencies in Waltham abbey. All of them told us there was nothing available until we luckily went to Roffeys. We met Charlotte, who is such a kind and welcoming person. She offered us three options, we went for the second one and we will now be moving in soon. Very welcoming and helpful team! Thank you Charlotte and Katina.

A great experience with Roffeys when buying our first home. Christina looked after us incredibly well and managed almost the whole chain ensuring we got the purchase through before the Stamp Duty deadline. Christina was proactive and constantly kept us in the loop, reassuring us that it would be a smooth process and going that extra mile. A simple phone call to obtain a rental/sale valuation was met with an abrupt "We don't do valuations unless you're selling the property."
Well, all of your local competitors do? Three subsequent phone calls to neighbouring estate agents we're all helpful and professional.

Where do I start. Now that we are finally done with these idiots here's part of our story. New tenants in, all seems good for a few months. Then missed payment without agent noticing and we nearly missed mortgage payment as a result. After other problems we start to evict. Roffeys take rent from tenant meaning eviction takes around 3 months longer than should. Then when we visit the property we have: Tenant not using his real name, Roffeys say that's OK! 30 chickens kept in back garden, illegal spurs taken from electricity supply, numerous burnt sockets, curtains missing, 30+ year old apple tree missing and tenants have changed all the locks, plus a number of other issues. Roffeys cost us an absolute fortune. Avoid, avoid, avoid! They are absolutely useless! Stay well clear.

My Wife & I have recently bought a house through Roffeys. From start to finish (which took several months, because we couldn't find anything that we liked), Peter & Maureen were extremely helpful & attentive.
In fact we both said that we were very pleased to have bought a property through Roffeys. Would recommend.

I first bought a property via the Waltham Abbey branch in 2007. Eleven years later I used them to sell my flat. They also acted on my behalf a couple times in between.
Maureen Wheeler and Peter Varnava got on with the job of selling my flat, their prior experience and professionalism putting me at ease at what could have been a very stressful time.
I think they did a great job and recommend them.

My tenancy agreement was breached and my complaints as a tenant were totally ignored.
I have been forced to end my tenancy early and incurred numerous costs.
At every level in this company my calls and emails were ignored. They also failed to comply with the Data Protection Act and release fully the data that they held on me.
At this stage legal action is my only option.
As a tenant, landlord or seller/buyer I would avoid this company. It appears that their interest in you stops once they have your money.
