My home had previously been listed with three different agents who were unable to secure a sale, yet Gabriel stepped in and achieved what the others could not. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a level of professionalism and persistence that truly set him apart from the rest of the industry. He is incredibly effective at what he does and remained dedicated to the process until the very end. If you want a result where others have failed, Gabriel is the person you need to go to.

Our transaction was part of a particularly complex chain, and we had more than a few unexpected challenges along the way. Throughout the process, Peter went above and beyond to keep everything on track. His communication was clear, timely, and proactive, something that made a real difference when situations became uncertain. What stood out most was his persistence and problem solving approach. Rather than simple updates he worked to resolve issues and liaising between all parties. It felt like he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for all of us. From bringing around qualified potential buyers for viewing (as opposed to a constant string of non-viablw options) to ensuring the parties are all appraised of ongoings and the transaction ticking along. Unfortunately for a variety of reasons the sale took longer than the parties hoped, but Steve made sure that things progressed wherever possible and with all necessary information, always responsive and happy to assist. They quickly found me a buyer, someone known to them that buys and sells properties through them. After nearly reaching exchange position they tried to drop me £25000 because they just wanted to. When I asked the agents if they had been following up my sale making sure that things were going well it was a NO. £2000 less in my pocket I went straight to Coultons in Chingford E4, what can I say, very friendly helpful people that go out there way to help. They found me a buyer and followed it through, constantly communicating with me every step of the way. They are all professionals and enjoy doing their job. I mainly delt with Euan, real gentleman. He would do anything he can to make everything go smoothly. Up to the completion day he was calling to make sure all was well. So if you really want to buy or sale a property forget about going to second best, just go straight to the best Coultons in Chingford, where you will get professional services and peace of mind.

14th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.

Communication was excellent throughout, and any issues on any side of the chain were dealt with quickly, calmly and effectively. Moving home is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, but Stewart genuinely took the stress out of it for us.
