Fantastic Agent. I have sold, brought and used their letting services and they have been superb. Isa was honest and knowledgeable when he spoke to me about marketing my property and I dealt with James, Matt and Dan throughout the viewings and selling process. All have good communication skills and I would recommend them to anyone. Amber then took over when i exchanged contracts and found me tenants and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Do not trust this branch of William H Brown with your time, money or information. They do not comply with their own codes of practice or the law. They show no remorse when they are caught red handed breaking their own rules. Their senior management and head office staff are like minded. This company is untrustworthy at every level.
Find another agent, you will regret using this one.
My Wife & I have recently bought a house through Roffeys. From start to finish (which took several months, because we couldn't find anything that we liked), Peter & Maureen were extremely helpful & attentive.
In fact we both said that we were very pleased to have bought a property through Roffeys. Would recommend.
My tenancy agreement was breached and my complaints as a tenant were totally ignored.
I have been forced to end my tenancy early and incurred numerous costs.
At every level in this company my calls and emails were ignored. They also failed to comply with the Data Protection Act and release fully the data that they held on me.
At this stage legal action is my only option.
As a tenant, landlord or seller/buyer I would avoid this company. It appears that their interest in you stops once they have your money.
Strongly recommend! The Castles Estate Agencie excel in what they do .They offer a superb service and support. There was always someone available to speak with when I needed clarification about something I felt their professionalism made the whole process so straightforward I also liked the way we were involved at every stage of the letting.

Awful experience. Daniel was very pushy in the valuation that he gave me. He even brought along a contract for me to sign there and then which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was very unprofessional and even swore in front of my young children. I would never use Castles to sell my house after this experience and will be telling all my friends to steer clear.
So because I have given you a negative review you are going to deny you ever came to value my home. I am flabbergasted by this and quite frankly offended that rather than providing an apology you would lie and deny that bad service was provided. I could perhaps understand that it may have been an off day for the valuer Daniel, however you would prefer to call me a liar by saying what I have written is false. Perhaps the attached photo of your valuation pack provides you with enough proof that you have been here. I would prefer not to speak to your office directly as this is who I have issue with. We’ve bought our first home through Henry Ward. Excellent service at this stressful time, both Gavin and Caroline were very helpful throughout the process, including helping us with the mortgage.
.Mr Ward from Squerryes court and his council friends seem hell bent on re-developing the lovely little town of Westerham into another sprawling monolithic suburb all for their own greed. I will never use any of their services as it is very apparent that they are only interested in one thing and one thing alone, PROFIT, at ANY cost!!
Ami and her team at Abel of Hertford are extremely professional and courteous, I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of buying or selling your home. A customer oriented team that will help navigate the home buying process for you as they did for me this summer moving back to the UK.
It all started out so promisingly... Abel recommended a tenant to me, acted as their reference, should be perfect right? Sadly life, and Abel’s true colours came in to play.
My tenants split and stopped paying the rent. Abel were fully managing the rental, but did they notice or warn me... no. The rent simply stopped. Queue a two and a half month battle for my deposit back. I had to chase constantly and honestly felt like the letting agents actively avoided me and pretended not to be in the office. Certainly not the behaviours you would expect or want.
If I could have reviewed no stars, that is what I would have awarded them.
The service we received from Sam Nelson (Waltham Abbey branch) was excellent, he was very informative about the properties we were viewing and answered all of our questions. Such a lovely, pleasant young man, a credit to Kings.

Beyond rude and staff were unhelpful, would not rent me a place to stay due to my accent being different and wanted nothing to do with me and my potential business.
