Extremely poor experience dealing with Hilton Estates. Construction works at a neighbouring property resulted in roof tiles and building debris being left in the shared alleyway, which damaged my Ethernet cable and left my internet connection to my outhouse/office unusable. I repeatedly contacted Hilton Estates about the issue and was repeatedly told that it would be dealt with. I was also told that a skip would be arranged to clear the debris. It ultimately took approximately one month for the alleyway to be cleared. In the meantime, I had to take matters into my own hands and arrange the necessary repair to my damaged network connection. I have now paid £450 for the repair and installation work myself, as well as £96.95 for replacement equipment and materials, bringing my total costs to £546.95. I have provided the relevant invoices, receipts and supporting evidence, yet despite the repair now being completed, I still have not received payment or clear confirmation that the £546.95 will be reimbursed. There was also a telephone conversation in which reimbursement of the repair costs was discussed, which I have retained for my records. While I acknowledge that the alleyway has now finally been cleared, taking approximately a month to resolve the issue and the continued failure to resolve the outstanding reimbursement are extremely disappointing. The communication and handling of this matter have been poor throughout. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photographs, invoices and written confirmation of any commitments when dealing with this company.... Read more

As of 2023, stay away from these people. They will sell you dodgy property with things like mold, broken heating etc and bind you to a contract, and offer you the worst customer service imaginable. Terrible establishment and horrible people.... Read more

Wish i never dealt with these dishonest and unprofessional people. They rented me an unlawuful property from where i have been evicted by the council after few months. Property had no gas certificate, no fire alarm and no carbon monoxide alarm. On top of that did not benefit from council authorisazion to be lived in. Neighbours harassed me and Hiltons wouldn't care of that either. I had to proceed legally with them as they even said it is not their fault i was evicted! After they received the letter from my lawyer, i got burgled with no damage to door and windows. I am now homeless because of them. Please do not get involved with these people!... Read more

In almost 30 years of buying ,selling and renting both residential and commercial property I can safely say that Hiltons have the most appalling customer service I have encountered. I called them to request a financial statement on my property, despite repeated conversations with Uzma who deals with these , it's now been two weeks and I am still waiting for a simple report that any accounting software would generate in a matter of minutes .
