After having seen something like 60 flats with other agents I finally got to the point with Knight Frank as I they understood my needs and did not waste my time visiting other random properties. This was great!...
On the other hand... the aftermath was quite painful/annoying unfortunately.
The information received from the Agency revealed to be really imprecise on some aspects of the technical features of the flat (even though reportedly passed by their clients), definitely demonstrating some quite shallow technical knowledge which one would not expect from a name as Knight Frank.
Ellis & Co lettings agent, Catalin, was very professional, very helpful and very patient to our questions and after signing the lease contract also our requests. I am very happy that we decided to go with Ellis & Co and I would recommend them due their professionalism and service quality.
Baffling administration from such a built up organization, there isn't justification for leasing your property to such an irritation occupier and as a result making the local residence suffer.

ONE OF THE AGENT CALLED MANDY FIXED A VIEWING TODAY MORNING. I TOOK 2 HOURS OFF MY WORK TO VIEW ONE PROPERTY. NOBODY TURNED BY 0930 AND WHEN I CALLED SHE LIED THAT SHE CALLED SOME NUMBER AND GOT TO KNOW IT WAS A WRONG NUMBER. SHE CONFIRMED ME ON MY EMAIL THIS VIEWING AND TRIED TO DENY IT. ALSO WHEN WE GONE TO VIEW THE PICTURES UPLOADED DIFFER IN REAL AND BIG TIME WASTER....BE CAREFUL..........

The agency placed a sold sign outside my property (obviously by mistake) it was there for nearly 4 months despite calling on many occasions to remove it. When I finally decided to speak to a manager I was asked if I was sure it was a Chestertons sign! He told me someone would collect it that day. Of course they didn’t so I had to take it down to the office myself as I was sick of neighbors asking about the sale of my house!?! Extremely unprofessional
Within a week Sam and Liam sold our house for above asking price, when others on our street weren't shifting. When the sale unexpectedly fell through, they did it again - in five days! Always available and always informed, the Laurels team were there for us right through to completion. Highly recommended - we'd use them again without question.
A thoroughly stressful and unpleasant experience using Laurels. Rob at Laurels repeatedly let us down whilst marketing our property, Was unresponsive, often not responding to calls or emails. We have some suspicions of being misled or worse, lied to, regarding offers received on our property. I should stress these are suspicions at this stage and investigations into this are ongoing. In our opinion, the poor service from Rob at Laurels cost us a perfect home to move into and almost lost the seller of this home thousands of pounds through loss of a deposit. My personal recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and go with agents with a long track record of excellent customer service. In Epsom, Cairds are a much better agent in my opinion and charge the same fees as Laurels, or Greenfields in the Surbiton area. Please don’t be misled by the notion that Laurels are much cheaper than well established High Street Agents are this certainly wasn’t the case in my experience. My advice, avoid.
