We have unfortunately been dealing with Hemang, the lettings manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication and transparency seem to be completely absent. Our rent has been paid late every single month, including a delay of 10 days last month, and at no point have we been proactively informed of any issues.
Each month there is a new excuse - management not being available to approve payments, the company not having received rent yet, and no doubt something different next time. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We haven’t even received a copy of the signed contract yet despite asking on several occasions.
We are counting down the days until July when can finally move on from the service. Save yourself the stress and choose another agency.

I recently viewed a property with fine properties unfortunately had a disappointing experience the communication wasn’t very helpful and I felt the process wasn’t clearly explained I was told I need a guarantor with little flexibility or guidance as someone who receives housing benefit I didn’t feel supported or treated fairly during this process,it would be helpful if more consideration and clearer advice were given to applicants in different financial situations.

Communication was poor throughout. I was promised a link to photos and additional information the next day, but almost 50 hours passed and nothing was sent. The agent repeatedly read messages without replying, did not return calls, and was unavailable when I tried to make contact. He later reappeared saying he had been outside, which apparently explained two days of silence. That is simply not a serious or acceptable way to deal with clients.
What makes it worse is that earlier, when he wanted my attention, communication was constant.
There was also confusion around property availability. I was told a property I was interested in was no longer available, yet shortly afterwards it appeared online through another agency as a newly listed property. That raises serious questions about transparency and professionalism.
Overall, a frustrating and unreliable experience. I would not recommend this agency.

We ended our tenancy in Feltham over a year ago, and the whole vacating process was extremely disappointing. On the day we moved out, the landlord, the estate agents, and another agent all showed up, but there was complete confusion. None of them communicated properly, especially after the landlord switched from one estate agency to another. We were left stuck in the middle of their mismanagement.
Till today, we still have not received our deposit back, and there has been absolutely no communication from their side. This has been one of the worst renting experiences we’ve ever had. The landlord and the agencies were quick to demand monthly rent and extra charges, but when it comes to returning the deposit, they’ve gone silent.
We have tried reaching out multiple times, but no response. Now we are left with no choice but to start legal action to get our own deposit back.
I do not recommend this agency to anyone. If you plan to rent through them, please make sure to check the property properly, confirm the deposit protection scheme, and read everything carefully before signing. Avoid getting trapped in the same problems we faced with this unprofessional and irresponsible agency.

Do not recommend this estate agents at all. I have rented a property for 3 years with nothing but problems from the start! The estate agents constantly read my messages and never reply, the worst communication I have ever known. I had to start going directly to the landlord. When I recently asked for some repairs to be done I have now been faced with eviction. Very rude and unprofessional estate agents. When I am on the phone to them, they ignore me and speak to each other in a different language. They don’t care about the tenants at all they just want the money every month. I don’t know why landlords still bother to use them. I have too much proof on this shambles of an estate agents.

The most neglectful, disgusting, disrespectful estate agents I've dealt with.
My partner and I were living in one of their properties for 7 months and in that time; we had no proper hot water for 2 months; no access to our post for 3 months and had to live with a rat infestation for the whole tenancy. Through the help of some pest controllers (whom it took Fine Property several weeks to send out), they discovered that under the kitchen had been previous rat traps left by the landlord (unknown to us before moving in). After this, both the Landlord (Mr Gaghan Singh Hakim) and Fine Property refused to pay any pest control to sort the issue; all they cared about was getting their rent. Even to the last day of the tenancy following us out the building to make sure we transferred them the last of the rent.
All in all, never dealt with such rude and disgusting people in my life and preach to everyone to avoid dealing with Fine Property. I have attached some photos to this review but please if anyone wants to contact me about what my partner and I had to deal with, by all means email me and I'll give you a more detailed account of our tenancy.

Overall good experience in the sale of our leasehold flat. It was marketed well and they handled all viewings until offer was made and we got the full asking price. This was a chain transaction and there were a few bumps in the road between the freeholder, the solicitors and agents which caused some delays but these were all handled well and with patience. AVOID THESE FRAUDS AT ALL COST!
When I first moved to the UK, I made the mistake of renting from these frauds. They forced me to pick up the key at the airport, and didn't even show me the flat. When I arrived at the flat, it was dirty. Washing machine didn't work. When I asked them for repair, they didn't even bother. And when I moved out, they made things up, saying it will cost money to fix and clean the flat, so they are not giving me my deposit back. So if you don't want your money stolen, AVOID THESE FRAUDS AT ALL COST!!!

This firm was dealing with the property at the bottom of a chain I was involved with. Staff at this office misrepresented the situation with the sale they had agreed to both myself AND their own vendor clients. A member of staff was telling everyone that a mortgage offer was due to be issued when the buyer had actually been declined a mortgage! They were very poor in their communication with me and their vendor clients and it is felt by both myself and those vendor clients that this firm was more interested in looking after the buyer than their clients. The truth about the buyer did not come out until we were 12 weeks into the transaction and ready to exchange. I and their vendor client tried to get this company to do something about it but they basically washed their hands of everything. This system does not allow me to put a zero star rating, and that is a shame! Do not use this company to sell your home. They seem to lack both the knowledge, experience and willingness to work that will doom any sale, in my opinion.

Avoid this agent at all cost. After trying to call to discuss moving my property portfolio to them to rent and manage, I was rudely told "nothing available" and had the phone abruptly put down on me. When trying to call back to clarify, I was having my call rejected. If this is how they treat landlords, I can not imagine how they would treat prospective tenants. I had requested for viewing appointment and it was scheduled at 05:00 pm on 13-Sep-22. I received a call from the agent around 2:30 pm and the agent informed that the appointment has been rescheduled to 5:35 pm. However, at 5:35 no one turned up at the location nor did anyone pick my calls.
When I spoke to the tenant who is currently staying, I was informed that the house is already booked by someone else and asked me to talk to my agent.
I still haven't got any response from the agent.
This unprofessional behavior was not expected by Fine Property that too on a rainy day.

Had my property up for sale which is in a sought after area in Norwood green with one of the largest estate agents in the area. 3 weeks of viewings and no concrete offer. Lucky from fine property contacted me and I gave him a chance. Within an hour of lucky showing his client my property a reasonable offer was put in and a deal was done. My experience with lucky was amazing nothing like the other agents. Lucky appears honest polite and respectful he got back to me asap with any questions I had and helped me with the whole process. Scamers. One of my Tenant came and complaint about them.but these guys they didn’t even paid me for a month told the property is vocated which was not. Tenant lived there 13 months instead of 12 months. That's good tenant came. He and his wife did a good clean house which he showed me photos but these guys charge them as well for professional cleaning over £500 which I told tenant I haven't been paid and they charged you but didn’t did my house professional cleaning which they grabbed the money in there pocket.and cleaning cost only £150 which was already done. But I told the tenant make a complaint to the council and I will do as well. That these guys shouldn't scam people. He got proof and I got proof. Which i paid 12 months instead of 13 months one month rent was £1650. I took my property from these scamers.

Myself Dr. Mohammed N. I stayed at Flat 7 Brampton Court for 6 months. This is how well the flat was maintained by myself and my wife(pictures attached). And still £250 was deducted from my deposited by Fine Property. Apart from that, the flat was given to us without even cleaning properly and there were many paint marks on floor and swith board, which i managed to clean some and still i was blamed for making the paint marks. Before moving into the flat, they treat you very well but after moving in, things change. I am not complaining about all staffs, but some of the estate agents really need to find other jobs. I don’t want to mention their name here on public, hope they atleast learn how to behave. If you need to know anything more about Fine Property, just go next door flat and ask anyone who stays there. The Landlord is a down to earth person and had no issues with him at all. Fine Property deserves atleast this comment from me after what i’ve gone through.
