They are letting a property next door to my house in East Ham and I have given them ample opportunity to fix the fence , which has blown into my garden and poses a safety risk to my young children. The fence is wooden and has nails and splinters sticking out . This issue has yet to he resolved 4 months later. I have called them on multiple occasions and visited in person. It’s always empty promises! The property they let is in such a terrible state especially the overgrown garden, which is not my concern however when they can’t even mend the fence 4 months later, I’d seriously be questioning their integrity and professionalism. An absolute disgrace and a display of utter incompetence!! Avoid this agency at all costs!... Read more

They are biggest idiots don't take any room from them I took house from them in Coventry that room is full of spider webs and spiders they took from deposit now they are not giving and not responding for my calls when I am asking my deposit they said did you pay me then who IAM paid I sent just one photo but spiders roaming in bathroom cupboards don't ever take room from them in Coventry and the agent name is pradap...
