I have been using Kaiser and staff for a number of years now and would write as follows. One of the reviews was left by a ex tenant of mine.It is totally unjustified ans Kaiser was doing me a favour since I was out of the country.The problem was down to the tenant and not the agent who was acting on my behalf. I have used a number of Agents down through the years and would honestly say Kaiser is the best.He is diligent and hard working but most of all he is probably the most up to date with the legal requirements and necessary information/documentation now facing Landlords so his AST are up to date and he knows the law which is imperative to Landlords in current time. I am sorry that Kaiser was left a negative review when he was doing me a favour and looking after my interests even when in this case he did not even have the full management of the property.I would ignore the review and highly recommend this Agent.There are so many dodgy ones out there but he is definitely not one of them. This review is based on my true findings.... Read more

They are very conniving and secretly put nasty charges once you end your tenancy. I got charged 3 days rent for the landlord/agency delaying to collect the key from me. They did this on purpose so that they can keep the deposit money. I was having none of it and made sure my protected deposit was returned to me. Never get tenancy with these dodgy cowboy estate agents.... Read more
