These are the worst people I have dealt. I shouldn't have bought my house from Home Group. I have called them more than 10 times still no response. Hope someone takes them to court so we don't have to pay service charge to these incompetent people.... Read more

If I could give a no stars review I would!! The poorest customer service I've ever encountered. Only get through to a "call handler" who cannot pass me through to someone who can help, can on,h send a message to be called back. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!... Read more

Very slow at removing untaxed cars from parking bays. Long procedure, took 2 months last time, even after numerous calls. 3 more cars waiting to be removed, reported over a week ago, still taking up valuable parking bay spaces. Double yellow lines now down, removing 3 parking spaces, now parking will be even worse, especially after 6pm. If you cannot find a parking space and have to park on the yellow lines, you will now get a parking ticket, thanks to our marvellous Harrow Council.
