We had tried to sell our place with two other estate agents; one a well known internet estate agent and the other a local estate agent. Although we had offers with the online estate agent these both fell through. The communication with both previous estate agents was poor with us having to do the chasing up to find out about feedback and hold-ups. However, our experience with Elliott Lee has been nothing but positive - great communication from start to finish, feedback after viewings and great negotian skills from our estate agent James when an offer did come from through bumping up the offer to nearer our asking price.
