DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY BURNT DOWN THE APARTMENT, AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK UNTIL I WROTE A POSITIVE REVIEW. ABSOLUTE FRAUDS! THE LANDLORD ALSO DID REALLY SHADY STUFF. When they flooded the building after the fire and they stopped the power so no one gets electrocuted, he offered the other tenants to steal electricity from the supermarket nearby. Everyone, from the agents to the landlords they work with are frauds. The tenants told me that before I moved in, the landlord received a warning about electrical issues in the roof (which is where the fire happened) and he never fixed them. Jay, the agent was extremely unhelpful, condescending, didn't show understanding and just tried to silence me. The landlord Azis, was extremely vulgar, misogynistic and they took from my rent money in order to get me a hotel when the fire happened. Which I only found out after the bill had to be paid, because initially they told me they would cover it. But I was a student and I couldn't really stand up for myself because I had to survive. They knew that, and they took advantage of it. The least I can do is share this horrific story so other people know what they are actually dealing with.

PK properties is one of the best letting agencies I’ve ever dealt with. They were so helpful and friendly, and went over and above the level of service you would expect. Jay is superb, he’s extremely helpful and will do everything he can to help you. Mark is also fantastic - he was straight over to my apartment any time I needed a repair or help. I never had to wait and they helped even outside of business hours for non emergencies.
I have since left the UK, but If I return and need an apartment to rent in the future, PK will for sure be my first choice!

We were in search of a property urgently and were ready to move in just with an online viewing. PK Properties have been managing our rented property for the past 3 years. The staff have been great since start, mentioning Sachin, Jay, Dhara from Rayners Lane office. Their professionalism was highlighted recently when we decided to move homes and have been victims of a rogue agency (Baker Pearce/Alexander & Co, office in Rayners Lane) who was managing the property we were supposed to move in. We had come to the point where we didn't know what to do: leave the lovely home we stayed for 3 years and move into a house which was way below the decent standards for a family with a child, all being highly covered up until the day we picked up the keys. That's when I contacted PK Properties and their assistance came along by offering another 1 year contract, which we highly appreciated, despite being robbed of a month rent by Alexander&Co for a property we never moved into. I will honestly reccomend PK Properties for the way all situations are dealt with, for the professionalism and prompt service, for prioritizing clients' needs. Guys, you have been great to us, so a big thank you for all your assistance over the years!

However, when we had a viewing with Dhara for (Flat 129b Waverley Road Rayners Lane HA2 9RQ) we asked questions pertaining to the flat and the estate agent knew very little and was only interested in how quick we could move in as we didn't have a notice period. Not acceptable as they should be able to answer simple questions. I have attached the confirmation of the booking incase they dispute.

I wish there was law to prosecute corrupt companies like this. They are nothing but a money grabbing thieves who want you to pay Admin Fee for simply doing their normal day to day work. Owner of this company owns properties and runs an estate agency to make sure he makes money by charging admin fee through the agency from doing a job a landlord should be doing anyway.
Does anybody know legal way to fight against this???

It was the first time using an independent Estate Agent, but after my bad experience with one of the big players I was happy to give it a go. I was not disappointed
- They have carried out strong reference checks on tenants and we've never had any issues
- Neither of my properties has had any blank periods so far
- PK properties always transfer me the rent the same day every month
- The invoices are very clear and no strange costs!! - something i unfortunately experienced with another agent :(
- There was an emergency leak from a water tank and their engineers were on hand to resolve it straight away
- They return my calls on the same day
Not had a bad thing to say so far...long may it continue!

Possibly the worst letting agent in the world. Unable to form proper sentences, use grammar correctly or even understand the english language. Consistently failed to meet expectations or even meet the basic requirements of what I understood a letting agent to be able to do. Reneges on agreements made, ignores requests and generally was an utter failure when it came to doing anything of value apart from when it came to charging us money. Cavet Emptor.
