I ve seen many estate agents and even well known ones but homeletts was honestly the best I've come across so far.great people and friendly they responded to any fixtures I needed in great time.they were alot more efficient in their work than any other estate agent and always done what they were meant to.i absolutely loved my property and so sad I had to leave my perfect place but also going to miss the great service they provided.ive never had an issue with anything they do or how they work.going to miss you lot.but if I ever need to move again I'd always recommend homeletts.so sad to leave you.And to be honest I wish you were managing my new property right now I know things would of been much smoother and done properly.good luck to you all and thankyou so much for helping me and my children when we needed it the most ????... I have lived with my partner in one of the studions managed by Home Lets for 1,5 year and it was a bliss. The service was extremly helpful and professional. The communication was fast, clear and polite. At the beginning of our stay, Home Lets staff went through all the documents for us and were very understanding about my low inclome as I was moving from another country. It was amazing that the flat was rented to us and extremly kind. The best part was that whenever there was an issue or sth got broken, the agency was taking care of it that same or the next day! Could not compare to other big agencies in London, where fixing a leak takes a week! I really appreciate having an agency like Home Lets and recommand it to anybody, who values human and quality service.... Read more
