We are extremely impressed with Kingsbury Estate Agents... We dealt with Simon Ford and he is professionalism personified and it was the easiest letting procedure we have ever had. Simon listened too what we wanted, reassured us especially when we explained the previous tenant from another agency was a total nightmare. Simon explained their vetting procedure and reassured us that he would find a suitable family. Simon viewed our property and within three days, the property had been let, subject to referencing and for the full asking price. The tenants moved in yesterday and are a very nice family.
