Not nice to pester or harass a disabled tenant when no permission was given to use a private number by a desperate landlord trying to sell the building.. This could potentially lead to police involvement if it continues.... Read more

Had a Viewing booked for this morning 13 February 2021. Travelled from Brecon to Bargoed. Hang about for about 10 minutes waiting for the Estate Agent to show. No show. Knocked the door of the house we were viewing. He knew nothing about it. Looked at us like we were selling pegs!. Then told us he had accepted an offer on the house. We knew nothing about this. Nothing from Homes Estate Agents. Travelled back to Brecon in a Blizzard!!. Absolute shambles. So unprofessional. Didn't even want to give 1 star but I had to to write this review. Will be phoning them on Monday for an explanation and an apology. Linda Dibble.... Read more

Very unprofessional and disappointing service. We organised a house valuation with Homes estate agents. They arrived on time but when returning to the car to retrieve shoe covers they did not return. We waited for 1 hour before ringing their office as we thought they would return, they didn’t. No apology was given and they did not seem interested in re-scheduling another valuation. They were very rude on the phone and said the evaluator was busy for the rest of the week. They didn’t bother to put forward any new time/date. Based of this I would not trust them to buy/sell a house if they can’t get the basics right. We were shocked how rude the lady on the phone was.... Read more
