23rd Aug 2024 (27 days ago)We needed to sell our flat at Victoria Wharf. Karan had a wealth of experience with the development having sold her own properties there. Our apartment was put on the market quickly and the sales details attracted buyers very soon afterwards. We had a full asking price offer after 2 days. Although the sales process was slow due to circumstances outside Karan's control, she kept us updated and helped where possible. She was proactive, responsive and gave good advice throughout the process. We finally completed and were happy with our experience with Harry Harper Sales & Lettings
24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)After 4 years of no problems our landlord chose to switch to Darlows because they were offering “a better service for landlords”... not only did this turn out to be the exact opposite for our landlord but our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children) had to suffer over and over before we eventually had enough and were forced to find another property to keep our family safe & warm. The staff were buck passers who never dealt with anything that involved effort, as a result our landlord paid thousands for a new boiler and repairs that were unnecessary and could have been avoided if action was taken as it should have been (boiler leaked for 3 days and brought a ceiling down - we could not stop the leak and no one knew where a stop tap was!!) this is just 1 example I can assure you there are many more just as bad, our landlord is taking further action and ultimately had to sell the property. We cannot emphasise enough that as a tenant or landlord you are taking a big risk by using Darlows! I am sure more will surface in time. You have been warned.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

17th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Great advice from Martin on a commercial property that I own. With the help of Martin I was able to tie my tenants in to a long term lease suited to both of us. Having dealt with commercial estate agents in the past I have never had any sound advice….my opinions have now changed. Thanks again Martin and team. I will definitely be recommending yourself. Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house. I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. I don't see why I have to put up with it, none of their team would

After viewing several homes and being disgusted by the agents' incompetence and lack of knowledge about the properties being presented, we met Claire from Parkmans, who stood out for her competence and thorough knowledge of the properties being presented. She turned out to be an extremely helpful and polite person. We would recommend these agencies to anyone and thank you again Claire.

Despite eventually deciding not to proceed with the purchase, I would not hesitate to contact and work with Watkins again should a suitable house come up for sale. Personable, efficient and accommodating. Can't ask for anything more than that. Thank you.

11th Sep 2024 (8 days ago)WAYNE! Honestly this man is an absolute angel! We viewed so many houses over the course of a few months, multiple with Wayne. Every viewing he was professional, informative and kind! We finally found our dream house and Wayne did everything and more to ensure a seamless purchase journey! He was at the end of the phone day or night and reassured us whenever we were feeling anxious. If we ever decide to sell, Wayne (and nick) will be the guys we go to! Thank you again both, it was an absolute pleasure! When the renovations are done, there’s a cold glass of bubbly waiting for you both in our fridge!

Darren was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable at the viewing, which helped me decide straight away that I needed to make an offer on the property. After getting the keys today, I can say that I have had no issues with Hayley or Darren throughout the process. They have been nothing but helpful, from keeping in touch regularly, giving advice and even gifting me a welcome box. Completely wonderful! I will recommend to anyone to use Red Kite!????
