Avoid! They are so ignorant it's unbelievable. Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house. I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. Just sold mine and my partners home with Aberdare and Bargoed. Its the first time for us both to sell our first homes and a massive decision. This decision was made easy after speaking with two of their valuers Chris and Martin. (I think Martin is one of the owners). There service was outstanding, I remember buy my original home and chasing the original estate agent (will not name) for a update and not getting anywhere. The staff members kept us both updated through the whole transaction. Fantastic job. This is a company doing it right.
