Bradley Davis of Homewood Homes was our agent, when we rented a flat out for two years from 2021 to 2023. He also acted as the project manager for a substantial refurbishment of the flat before we rented it out. His selection and management of the trades people who worked on the flat, his recommendations for suppliers of appliances, and his management of the tenants were all excellent, as were his attention to detail and rapid responsiveness to our queries.
