I had a really excellent experience with Ashleigh from Stirling Ackroyd nine elms while searching for an apartment.
I first met Ashleigh at an initial viewing, and from our phone conversation it was clear that she quickly understood my requirements. She proactively arranged a viewing for another property the very next day, which turned out to be a much better fit. Because everything was prepared in advance, when the first apartment didn’t meet my expectations, I was able to move forward immediately without any delays.
Ashleigh is incredibly kind, patient, and highly professional. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and used her expertise to suggest properties that genuinely suited my needs. Thanks to her efficiency and attention to detail, I secured an apartment I’m very happy with within just two days. She also went above and beyond to help coordinate the rent and the start date, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Johann was very responsive on text and call and explained all the details regarding my questions clearly until I understood everything. Jack Dibble was absolutely amazing as he helped me with sorting out my rental property search in Vauxhall. He definitely made the process easy and smooth. In just a few hours, we did the viewing, offer letter, write ups to the landlord and the deal was closed by the end of the day, which was in line with my expectation as in a hurray to find a larger property. I moved out of my property on August 27, and as of today, I still haven’t received my deposit back. Stirling Ackroyd informed me that they were waiting on my final bill from Vital Energi to deduct any outstanding amount. After contacting Vital myself, I discovered that Stirling Ackroyd didn’t submit the required information until the beginning of October. Although the bill was sent to the agency on October 8, Stirling Ackroyd continues to deny they’ve received it.
Be cautious when dealing with this agency, as their responsiveness to emails is notably slow.
I have already sent an email to customercare@lrg.ac.uk on Oct 31 and today is Nov 11 still didn’t receive a respond

My case was tremendously difficult being an international move from the US to the UK during COVID, but my agent Olivia was incredibly easy to work with and accommodating from day one.
For instance; our time zones were 6 hours apart, so I was often communicating with her at undesirable hours with complex questions about the move. She just made it so easy for me and was always swift with her responses.
I love the new place I'm living at, I know I got a great deal and would absolutely recommend Stirling Ackroyd to anyone.

I am not the one for writing reviews about everything, but the great experience I had with Stirling Ackroyd EA made me want to spread the word about them. Olivia took care of my flat rental and I must say it was the easiest and most stress free move I have ever done (and I've done 12 of them). She promptly replied to all my communications, was very accommodating to arrange a viewing, replied to all the questions I had and the process of credit, reference and paperwork took only 48hs. They use the Goodlord website to deal with all the documents and deposit, which I highly recommend as it makes everything clear and straightforward. It was better than renting a flat from a friend, as you feel well taken care of and treated with the utmost professionalism. I wish my packing and unpacking was as efficient as Stirling Ackroyd! ;) Thanks Olivia!
