I booked a viewing with Sion on Monday 13/11 to view an apartment which included bills.
Upon arrival Sion was very welcoming and had a big smile.
The property was decorated and furnished to a very high standard.
Throughout the tour Sion was very professional and funny! He showed me each room one by one and explained what had been done and what furnishings are with the property. He also answered any questions I asked.
After viewing the property, I told Sion that I would like to pay the holding deposit. We went to the office and completed the paperwork.
Within the same day Sion had an answer from the landlord and also completed the referencing.
The whole process was seamless.
I will definitely be recommending HOP to friends and family.

Worst letting agency experience I've had, even when compared to renting as a student. Our property manager never calls us back when we ask her to, for important things to check with the landlord or regarding maintenance issues. We had a leak that meant we couldn't use the shower for 5 months and caused alot of exposed mould for 6 months. The problems were just passed around and left despite constant chasing at our end. I plan to avoid any future property that's managed by HOP.
