I would just like to thank Emma & Alex for their hard work & dedication, they were extremely professional in their approach and highly recommend Alex & Emma to any future vendors / buyers. Although the property we were buying fell through (due to a greedy vendor pulling the sale one week before completion), this does not reflect on their continuous efforts. The Dacres team have been consistently excellent from the outset. I wasted 4 months with a rival agent who overvalued the house and had no idea what was happening one day to the next. Having got rid of them, Emma’s team haven’t put a foot wrong. Everyone in the office knows the current position no matter who picks up the phone. How estate agents should be. Used Dacres North Leeds to sell our apartment. They negotiated and achieved a very good price for the property, and were superb to deal with throughout what became a very lengthy and complicated process in the weeks leading up to exchange. Do not use their sales services. My house was on the market for months on end, they reduced the price drastically and still not a single viewing. After three months, the house was rented out by the lettings team in Dacre, son and Hartley and the sales team, Emma, branch manager at north Leeds is trying her best efforts to charge me a withdrawal fee even though a member of Dacre, Son and Hartley lettings has signed a lettings contract for the same property.
