Between initial marketing and proceedable offer, the housing market experienced a turbulent time, due mainly to several B of E base rate interest rises and mortgage rate rises by lenders. This led to adjustments in the market taking place. Knowing how best to respond to changing market condition was a concern. Hunters were amazing in relation to professionally assessing the changing state of the market and gave sound advice and support in relation to strategy. The local Hunters team at Horsforth were always available to respond to my queries and were first class when communicating what was happening with viewings and associated feedback, especially in the latter stages of securing a proceedable offer. Having now sold two houses (12 years apart) with Hunters, I have no qualms in confidently recommending them as an excellent estate agent.... Read more

Overall, Hunters were very professional, helpful and very prompt. They read meters, put bins out and let the council in which was fantastic. In all a very positive experience. A few teething problems as the property could have sold faster had the evaluation been more realistic. Nonetheless, property was by my deadline and at a price that was within my acceptable range. From offer to completion was 4 weeks which was phenemonal so a shout out to Iain Gardner at Schofield Sweeney, their recommended and very well priced conveyancer, too! Thank you.... Read more

Initial impressions very good however once thw agreement was signed things seemed to take a bit of a downward turn so had to have another meeting to get things back on track and since then the Horsforth team have been really helpful.... Read more
