"Given the complicated nature of the sale, HR were incredibly patient with us and did everything they could possibly do to keep the sale alive. It was touch and go on more than one occasion and even included waiting for a court hearing to make a final decision on whether the sale should go ahead. HR kept very much a "human touch" to the whole process, were sympathetic to all parties involved which inevitably kept the chain alive allowing completion to take place.
