Told me verbally I was on a monthly rolling contract then reneged. Made multiple agreements over several months over the phone which they would later deny. It became so ridiculous I went to Citizens Advice and then started recording my conversations and It was only when I produced the audio recordings that they backed down. This was when Simon and Liam were running things. Absolute lizards. Don't accept anything they say if you can't get them to write it down.
