23rd May 2026 (16 days ago)Our experience started positively with helpful initial discussions around pricing, marketing and the sales approach. The team was professional and approachable in the early stages. However, communication and follow up later became disappointing. There was a prolonged period with very limited updates, and despite reaching out to ask for progress and requesting a call back, we did not receive the level of communication we had expected. This left us uncertain about the status of the sale process and ultimately reduced our confidence in continuing through the agency route. We appreciate the support provided at the beginning and understand that delays can happen, but clearer communication and more proactive updates would have made a significant difference.

She was so supportive and helped push things along for us, really on the ball with everything! She went above and beyond for us and it didn’t go unseen!! She always kept in touch with all updates and dealt with my 100 questions! A shoutout to Alfie too for putting up with our millions of viewings!! If & when we ever go to sell we will 100% be using Bakewell & Horner! Thank you so much, the best team xx

Michelle and her team were fantastic from start to finish; always professional, always helpful, and always quick to respond. What really stood out was that their support didn’t stop once the sale went through. They continued to handle any queries I had afterwards with the same level of care. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
28th May 2026 (11 days ago)Entwistle's Property Management Services have consistently kept my properties occupied with reliable Tenants with very short vacancy periods in-between. Property inspections are conducted whenever needed and are thorough and detailed. The Property Manager Mandy Boot ensures that maintenance issues are raised quickly and communicated clearly, and typically resolved in good time. Sometimes it would be nice to get more detailed feedback about what work has been done and when it was completed. Overall a very good management company with great strengths.
13th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Not a very good team of estate agents at all (though their incompetence meant I ended up getting my dream house with a different agency instead). They call you immediately after viewing a house to put in an offer, then play games with you (or encourage the seller to do so) and make you add on crazy amounts of money to the offer whilst playing you off against another buyer. They pretended to not answer our calls once we called to put in counter offers, and then blamed us for “not calling” (literally called multiple times on one day) and kept pushing us to add more money! It was an awful experience with them, causing us undue amount of stress, and I am glad I no longer bothered looking at their properties. In my dream house now so I guess it was good that they were so bad! 0/10 stars.

I have both bought and sold with Ashton, and every experience has been excellent. The team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, always dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Their email responses are prompt, communication is clear, and the whole process is made smooth and completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

5th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a very positive experience with Leaders Estate Agency during the sale of my property. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. As I live quite far from the property and it was tenanted, I was concerned about managing everything remotely. However, Mr Michael Foreman made it completely stress-free. He coordinated everything seamlessly, including arranging contractors to redecorate the property, which saved me a great deal of time and effort. The sale went through smoothly, and communication was always clear and prompt. I felt supported throughout the entire process and confident that everything was being managed to a high standard. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend Leaders Estate Agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

There local knowledge and reputation for selling similar properties as well as being competitively priced with their fee is what swung us towards using sell well. From the property being on the market, we sold our house within 3 weeks which was fantastic.

I have just sold my house through them, and what felt like a never ending process (due to unforeseen circumstances), they kept me updated throughout so I was never left guessing or wondering what the next step was. Their communication is truly second to none. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy or sell.

1st Jun 2026 (7 days ago)??????Formerly Greenwood James and now under the Harrisons banner, the name may not be the same but the service certainly is.., and this is the reason we have been putting the new acquisitions for the portfolio with them for a few years now...?????????????????? Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Viewings were undertaken & feedback was given straight away. Lauren has been so encouraging and helpful especially along the way. I would totally recommend belvoir if you want to sell. I greatly appreciate the time and effort put in by Lauren and the personal touch goes a long way.

18th May 2026 (21 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????
