They worked as a team and kept me informed throughout the process. They produced great photographs and literature and marketed the house creatively at a realistic price and generated immediate interest. Within 2 weeks of registering with them we had a realistic offer that progressed to a sale.

8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have always had a pretty low view of estate agents until I decided to chose Gascoigne Halman to sell my house and their team was so good that I even bought my new house through them. Sam who sold my house just went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Yes the estate agent gets a fee but she did work that was more than expected. All of the team were a pleasure to communicate with, Debbie, Ben, Sarah, Andrea there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with my query. I had to go in personally today with flowers and a card to thank them all. And try and start the new conversation on furniture!
31st Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Wouldn't recommend for anyone wanting to rent a property.<br>Coming across your reply four years later, I can safely say it is completely pathetic. If you had actually bothered to check, you would know I dealt with your company as a tenant for years.<br>?I was the tenant your agency left over an entire weekend with the sink and dishwasher full of sh*t because the drains blocked completely due to poor construction. It was full of sewage because your maintenance team is useless and failed to treat a critical emergency urgently—all while a young child was living in the house. I should have sued both you and the landlord.<br>?Do you need me to attach the photos of the service that your company left me and my family over the weekend so you remember who I am? Or perhaps I should forward them to the local council so they are fully aware of what kind of company you run?<br>?You are a tenant’s absolute nightmare. I ended up buying the property directly from the owner—the very house I was renting through your agency—and right up until the contract exchange, your office was harassing me to leave. The harassment only stopped when I instructed my solicitor to call your office.<br>Instead apologising you came up with a pathetic reply.<br>Couldn't care less about your reply, unfortunately I have just come across it after years, otherwise it would have been a completely different story??????

8th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)The service I’ve received has been excellent, from the first visit when Hollie Moore from the Woodley branch came to value the house, to Amber Hind, also from the Woodley branch who booked in all the viewings and kept me fully up to date with what was happening.<br>Once the offer was accepted, I was contacted by Amy Hardman, who has kept me fully up to date and support me throughout the process right through to completion.<br>From accepting the offer to completing, it’s taken just 61 days!<br>Thank you, Edward Mellor and your amazing team. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
