The whole process was smooth as I used their in house solicitors meaning I could keep on top of the whole transaction, i would highly recommend

The service is second to none. I would definitely recommend buying or selling from these guys. If you send an email they are right there with helpful answers and advice, brilliant! Five star service from all persons we dealt with & nothing was too much trouble. Top marks!!!!! Thanks so much Much love Keith & Jo x

The quality of their photos was excellent and from the moment our house went on the market, Arc Homes delivered immediate results, presenting us with two strong offers within just a week. Their dedication didn’t stop there – they were consistently on top of the entire process, assisting with the purchase, keeping us informed every step of the way, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Arc Homes again in the future and would recommend them without any doubt to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient estate agent. Thank you for making what can be a stressful process so much easier!

18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

15th Sep 2024 (25 days ago)Extremely unprofessional, especially when refusing to show us proof of the costs they asked of us after we moved out. I have never been charged this much for a clean, especially since it did not require the amount of cleaning asked from the company, and we had zero proof that this cleaning actually took place. They will claim that we “agreed” to pay this amount for cleaning as it was deemed “fair”, when in reality, we simply could not afford to pay an additional £60 to dispute their ridiculous pricing in case we lost and had to pay extra. This, understandably, caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety, and I would not trust this company to advocate for tenants. Would not recommend.
