We recently purchased a property through Glynn Amos of Humberts and cannot praise his service, enough. Working in the industry, I have seen and experienced poor customer service first-hand, on a number of occasions. Glynn is an exception to the 'stereotypical' Estate Agent. He is polite, friendly, efficient/responsive, professional - and above all else, it is clear to see that he really cares. Despite Glynn working on behalf of the seller, he took great pride in his duty of care to the buyer and helped manage the relationship between buyer & seller, exceptionally. Despite a very tricky market, we managed to complete on our purchase in approximately 10 weeks, from the point at which our offer was accepted.
