David Godwin is excellent. He is friendly, professional and very approachable. Nothing ever appeared to be too much trouble and he was always very generous with his time.

We tried to buy a house with their help.What I like it that they really 'catch' you and answer your calls ,emails,try to sort out problems as quick as possible from head manager to sale's assistant.Very easy and comfy communication with Jason and David! Sellers, please think twice before go to big agencies , which don't care about clients much.My husband and me had a great experience dealing with different agencies for 2,5 years.It was a nightmare! I was curious why sellers don't check in advance whom to choose,at least give a call knowing that communication is key! So, I recommend this Agency to my friends and colleagues.

I’ve experienced versions agents over the years both as a landlord and as a tenant and I found Godwin and Curtis’ service just sublime! Respectful and, in my case, aware of the tenants needs.
They helped as much as possible with dealing with our arisen situation quickly and efficiently.

We used Godwin Curtis in September 2023 to sell a retirement flat in Canterbury which we had been trying to sell for at least 18mths with other agents. They are very difficult to sell due to a restricted demographic. Fortunately a buyer came along and we completed on 19th December 2023. Jordan Parrock was our contact and she kept in touch regularly, was very tenacious, professional and worked hard for both the seller and buyer to secure an acceptable price. We were extremely pleased with the service received and therefore would highly recommend Godwin Curtis.

Godwin Curtis did a great job selling our house in a very tough market. They seemed to have a sizeable portfolio of buyers they could contact. Jason and Jordan were our main contacts and they were knowledgeable, proactive and easy to contact. We dealt with the same people from start to end, rather than being handed over to very junior staff after signing on, which is a bad experience we’ve had with other agents previously. Plus their fee was reasonable. Would use them again.
