A special mention to Hugo who I have mainly been dealing with, his enthusiasm, manner and expertise is second to none. He constantly kept me updated, not only with my purchase but with everything else that was going on in the chain. I have moved house many times and they have been by far the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation.

At the end, we had chocolate ready for her because I chased her to chase the seller solicitor. She didn't have to entertain me whatsoever, but her work is definitely appreciated by us. We have dealt with a variety of estate agents in the area whilst looking for a house and Martin and Co were by far the best, with a highly professional and non-pushy approach that values the buyer as much as the seller. Jessica was fantastic and always at hand to help with any questions in an efficient and friendly manner. Jessica delivered an excellent level of service and is a real asset to the team. I was originally looking to buy a property in the Canterbury area but my circumstances changed so i have secured one elsewhere which she kindly assisted with. She also introduced me to Matthew Parish from mortgage Matters who has been a lifesaver and a great help with my mortgage! Would highly recommended as I wouldn't be in the position i am without them!

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
