9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)The sales team at Finns handled the sale of my medieval property in a thoroughly professional and friendly way. They provided sound advice and kept me fully informed during what turned out to be a rather challenging sale because of the age of the property and difficult housing market conditions. They were also very cooperative in helping with more minor matters eg finding and organising reliable tradesmen etc which were not strictly part of their brief. I have no hestitation in recommending Finn's excellent sevices

25th May 2026 (25 days ago)Martin and Co were absolutely fantastic! I've dealt with several letting agents since moving to Canterbury and they are by FAR the best. Dean was wonderful, super helpful and friendly, and great at communicating with us. He let us know what was happening at every step of the way and made the whole process easy. He was always patient and happy to explain what was happening. The whole team is lovely and treated us like real people rather than numbers. I cannot recommend Martin and Co more, they are genuinely wonderful to work with.
29th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)We felt the initial valuation was too optimistic esp as the market was full of similar flats. We were not told that and after a few weeks with no interest, the price was reduced. Then I looked at the listing and asked them to change the photos to the ones I had supplied them which showed the flat in a much better light. Still no interest no viewings so we reduced the price again. So overall no success and I was always the one calling for feedback and to initiate change of action plan.
29th May 2026 (21 days ago)I found Godwin Curtis to be a very helpful, caring, attentive and supportive estate agency. I would recommend them highly as they treat their customers individually and with care unlike a lot of agencies.

26th May 2026 (24 days ago)Very unprofessional service. During a call with Sarah I was spoken to rudely, interrupted multiple times, and not allowed to explain the situation properly. We’ve been with this agency for years and the same issues keep happening - poor repairs, things breaking again soon after, and no responsibility taken, while charges for work are very high. When we first rented through them we were told the garage was included, but later they changed this and said it wasn’t, claiming verbal agreements don’t count, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience also raises doubts about the authenticity of some online reviews. I would not recommend this agency to landlords or tenants.
8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been very impressed with Page &Co from the start. The valuer was very friendly and professional, explained everything in detail and had excellent knowledge of the local area. The rate was very fair and included VAT. I was delighted with the photos and the walkthrough which showed my house to it's best. All the viewings went smoothly, giving me plenty of notice and feedback afterwards. Everyone worked hard to get me the best price in the current market and my house sold in less than 8 weeks.
4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)The conveyancing for our property took literally weeks longer than we expected, as we were buying a vacant property and had the cash payment ready from day 1, Our experience was frustrating in many ways, and we kept thinking of the book, 'Catch 22', only with Wards and their recommended solicitors, Tolhurst, it was around 'Catch 37!' However, all through this when other folks were confusing us with jargon (Who needs that?) Maria Meddings kept us in touch with things and answered our questions with clarity, humour and pleasantness. She looks to be a very positive asset for Wards, and deserves to rise high in the company as she fulfils her function with great competence and understanding.

28th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Worst experience with this letting people. Their accomodatios are dirty and unkempt. They lie and make up small stuff so that they won't refund back the deposit after moving out. Worst letting company in Canterbury.

Supportive, always kept me in the loop, knowledgeable about the area and the property and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend them!
