5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)The team at Kent Estate Agencies were fantastic throughout the process - we recently purchased a property in Tankerton and they supported us from start to finish - arranging viewings, providing excellent communication between the sellers, solicitors and ourselves, and really working to remove any obstacles to the purchase when exchange got a little tricky! We could not recommend the team enough and would not hesitate to use again.

16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)We went on the market at a difficult time with a large property and continual interest rate rises. Not many properties were selling. We received a lot of advice on pricing, some of which was difficult to accept but our agent was up to date with market conditions. We achieved a sale on the very last day of our sales contract and the team worked on our behalf until the very last minute. They biased well with other agents in the chain and came through for us.

20th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Block Management employees are extremely rude, insensitive and aggressive. I have spoken to Jodie on the phone who has no interpersonal skills and she is unable to maintain a respectful discussion. Given that one of her main duties working at Martin & Co is to handle calls, she has no communication skills and is not knowledgeable in the field. I do not recommend the company as they do not have adequate customer service training. Many thanks.
22nd Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)Massively overvalued to get us to sign up, then got pressured to lower price just after two weeks as there was no intrest. Only 4 viewings in 3 months even after dropping price by 25k after a month. Viewings were done by different staff each time that were late and didn’t know anything about the house. Marketing was poor. I did not feel that Wards had our best interest at heart, we were just a number to them. Disappointed we signed a 20 week contract, never going with a chain agency again, we learned our lesson. We’ve now relisted with a small local independent firm ????
