Both of them made a very stressful time so much easier. Although I would highly recommend the company, it was the personal input from both of them that made me feel so valued. So thank you again
2nd Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.

8th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)I think selling a home is stressful. Also, I find people who make appointments to view your home as we all think to view as potential buyers Often time wasting to walk around your home but can't even respond after viewing, yet you change your plans on a bank holiday to accommodate them. It does make me wonder if it is about looking for a potential house or something else more concerning that makes you wonder. We recently reduced our property by £25k infact 5 years ago was worth that reduced price then. Our house has room for 4/5 cars off road parking ready to move into, not like some I have seen. And yes, it's 130 year old cottage but with great character and a warmth to it clean and tidy has had new wet room,new windows, new boiler new kitchen and in great decorative order inside and out. I get the impression buyers want a house for nothing. I feel estate agents should show responsibility in obtaining reviews, but having said that potential time wasters waste everyones time, most lie anyway. The funny thing is that I dont get about brand new houses . No one gets a reduced price from their asking price, and no one's says I buy it £25k cheaper than what their markets offer to you. Do they! I find agents maket your property at a price they first give, then ask you to reduce it weeks later, which is always concerning. I believe agents try very hard to sell your homes, but have to rely on what they are told in terms of property where's its situated what's important and true price and what they can afford.

9th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)We were approached by Aimee from Connells after our house had been on the market for a few months with another agent. From the off she was a complete professional, empathetic, personable and clearly passionate about her job. After deciding to change and use Connells we have found the whole team to be charming, helpful and organised. I had given birth during the months the house was on sale and whilst at home recovering the team were always so respectful and friendly. Josh in particular was fantastic and always made viewings a breeze. When the sale of the house was going through Tracey was outstanding in her communication and really helped with any issues that came up with the solicitors. She was always up to date with what was going on and we never felt like we were chasing for information in what is the most stressful point of selling. The whole team though have honestly been great and anyone else we met along the way have known all the information they needed and have been thorough, warm and approachable. I really felt like they worked so hard to sell our house in what is a really difficult time in the current climate. I am so glad we decided to use Connells to sell our house as the whole process has been so easy and smooth and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to others. Its a ten out of ten from us!

15th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)My worst estate agent experience EVER. Signed them to sell house and owing to a mysterious disappearance of the sales rep who came out we were forgotten. Emails and phone messages not responded to in a timely manner and in some cases not responded to at all. Do not use. I am a reputable author and also property developer and I know all about the property business. Suggest read other poor reviews as concur.

We were kept up to date every step of the way. Without their friendly help, we might have given up all thoughts of selling/buying. Highly recommended!
22nd Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Massively overvalued to get us to sign up, then got pressured to lower price just after two weeks as there was no intrest. Only 4 viewings in 3 months even after dropping price by 25k after a month. Viewings were done by different staff each time that were late and didn’t know anything about the house. Marketing was poor. I did not feel that Wards had our best interest at heart, we were just a number to them. Disappointed we signed a 20 week contract, never going with a chain agency again, we learned our lesson. We’ve now relisted with a small local independent firm ????
29th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)When purchasing my house, Mr Bishopp was very helpful, calm and a useful negotiator when dealing with a difficult situation with my buyer that he resolved. They are very professional, responsive, honest and believe in good customer relations which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with estate agents. Would definitely recommend to use them if your thinking of buying or selling in Whitstable.

Chris, Heidi and the rest of the team helped us navigate through the process, going well beyond what we could have expected from them. Hands down the most caring and professional agents we ever had dealing with!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
