The viewing I booked couldn’t take place because the booking system didn’t notify the agent of the booking even though it sent an email response back to me. It was a long drive and a waste of time and money so in future I would not trust the Humberts online booking system. It would be more accurate and reliable to simply call the office. The email from the booking should clearly state as its first point that it is not to be read as a confirmation even though it is deliberately designed to appear that it came from a named individual at the agents. Otherwise, when the viewing finally took place the agent handled it politely.... Read more
