We’ve had a lot of tight corners to navigate but he has been there to help the whole way through with his quick responses, fast thinking, and persevering attitude since the viewing. I would highly recommend Oakheart Sudbury estate agents, the whole process has been excellent.
The team have kept us updated all along the way and provided invaluable feedback and advice to help make selling our home as smooth as possible.
Particular mention for Chloe who has been in charge of our house viewings and providing feedback, all of which has been very positive, and has lead to us receiving an offer. Chloe has kept in very regular contact and has always been a phonecall away when needed.

Poor behaviour from this company, tried viewing a property only to be told i could view it only in two weeks time on a Saturday. This day obviously convenient for them to stack viewings on the same day and create a pressure bidding war enviroment for potential purchasers.

I visited the website, I find the lack of ability to narrow the search to a local area a bit annoying, there are only options for price and bedrooms. So properties from other areas like frinton come up when this is 45-55 minutes from my house.

We’ve recently used Oakheart for a sale and purchase and the service from start to finish has been faultless. Tommy came to value our property, George completed the viewings and Jess showed us around what has since became our new home. From there, George negotiated our offer and Lucy handled things from acceptance.
As the team had built a base before our home went online, Jess managed to secure our buyer within the hour of the very first viewing. Thanks to this, we were in a position to offer on our new home. There had been some back and forth with the offer but George negotiated fairly and secured the house for us.
From acceptance, Lucy’s communication was seamless. We were updated at every stage, she kept everyone on their toes to make sure things kept running smoothly. Thanks to Lucy’s hard work and dedication to her job, we completed in under 3 months.
We will certainly be recommending Oakheart to our family and friends.

We were solely purchasing not selling, all the staff I spoke with were always cheerful and helpful , they kept me informed every step of the way, being first time buyers this was a massive help.
I found them to be easy to contact, no automated services etc and I always spoke with the same people so they knew all about our purchase etc so I didn’t have to run through my purchase details each time I called the office which I feel is huge benefit and one less thing to stress about.
