10th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)In the selling of my Dads house, David and Sophie at the Sudbury office were really helpful, informative and polite. There to remedy questions at any point, and if they didn't have the answer to hand, they'd chase whoever and return promptly with a reply. They're not your stereotypical agents, they are not flashy, not pushy... they don't need to be, because they're good at what they do. They're honest, they seem to care. Totally unlike the solicitor Dad chose as executors for his modest estate… who have been rude, patronising and unhelpful from the start. Thank you David and Sophie for dealing with them too!

Tommy’s appraisal was a great first impression, and there was a clear distinction between their service and others we’d invited to appraise. They gave us actionable advice to prepare us for market and give us the best chance. This followed through to those in the office, who cared and knew about our sale in detail and gave us reassurance we were going to be well looked after. Thank you to Clare in particular. Andy conducted most of our viewings and was knowledgeable, and positive and we knew had provided an excellent experience for potential buyers, based on feedback. Finally, Will was invaluable in aftercare and kept us in the loop without chasing, a pleasure to deal with. An exemplary service from all and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

Lois informed us of when she was out of the office and Matt dealt with us when we needed him. Matt and Lois always called us back quickly and were happy to answer any questions we had. They’ve made a stressful situation a breeze due to their excellent communication and keeping us posted on every step. Could not recommend them more!
4th Oct 2024 (19 days ago)Tim Rutter went above and beyond, both for his client and for us as buyers in a very tricky sale brought on by our solicitors. Without Tim’s support and constant pushing I fear the sale would have taken even longer than it did. We were very impressed by his dedication and his knowledge of the area. We have bought the home of a lifetime, so hope to never have to purchase again! But without a doubt would turn to Tim if we ever did.

Throughout my time as a tenant, Heritage were responsive and communicative over email. They looked out for us as tenants and ensured that we knew how to care for the property. They were also quick to address any issues we had.

27th May 2023 (1 year ago)Awful, awful, awful. A word of warning if you are considering these lazy, unprofessional agents. They tied us into a 16 week +28day contract which they used as an excuse to do the bare minimum and NOT sell our house.
