16th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Renters/ Tenants make sure you are in the first batch of any viewings on properties you are interested in as you will be told it doesn’t matter and all applications will be considered. Not the case, applications are sent on a day by day basis and if enough are received your viewing will be cancelled on the day.

27th May 2023 (1 year ago)Awful, awful, awful. A word of warning if you are considering these lazy, unprofessional agents. They tied us into a 16 week +28day contract which they used as an excuse to do the bare minimum and NOT sell our house.

After a significant incident at our Bardfield Road house, Connor stepped in and provided unwavering support at every stage. From the moment the issue arose, he was proactive in addressing our concerns. He arranged for multiple plumbing companies to tackle the extreme hot water problem, ensuring it was resolved quickly and efficiently. What impressed me the most was his dedication to finding alternative housing for us during this challenging time. Connor's commitment went above and beyond. He was always available to answer our questions, whether it was day or night, and even while he was on holiday. His responsiveness and genuine care made a stressful situation much more manageable. In a world where customer service can sometimes fall short, Connor truly stands out as a remarkable professional. He is not only highly skilled but also an incredibly good person who genuinely cares about his clients. Thank you, Connor, for all your help!

I really appreciated receiving updates and messages through the WhatsApp chat they set up. I would thoroughly recommend Hizzy to anyone looking to sell their home, and will definitely use them again if I move again in the future!
18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
18th Nov 2024 (8 weeks ago)I first heard about Jackson and co when I was selling a property and was dealing with another estate agent, who I was not very satisfied with. Then Joe of Jackson and Co put a card through the door offering his services. I decided to give him a ring and check him out, this was the best decision I ever made. Joe has been absolutely fantastic, he helped to negotiate the difficult path to selling a property. He gets very personally involved so you don't feel like your own your own, like some other estate agents. He is always available at the end of the phone to iron out any issues. His enthusiasm and professionalism have been outstanding and I can't recommend him enough. We are so glad that we went with Joe and would definitely use Jackson and Co again next time we sell or buy a property. So I definitely recommend Jackson and Co. Outstanding, 5stars.
21st Dec 2024 (23 days ago)I sold my house using Grace Estate Agents. They were very professional from the start. I had Darren pop over to evaluate the property and take photos. They were able to give me regular updates on viewings and offers put forward. Once the offer was accepted, Karen was able to give me regular updates on how things were progressing. Karen contacted our sellers estate agent and was in contact with all solicitors involved, she kept on top of our case. Also thank you to Sophia who kept us in the loop when Karen was not available. I would highly recommend Grace Estate Agent

Craig and his team were superb throughout , making sure that all issues were resolved and ensuring that all our chain managed to complete on the required day. I definitely recommend Fine and Country for purchases in this area.
