Jon, Joe and Sophie were all extremely helpful and friendly. I felt their communication was excellent and nothing seemed to much trouble. Also very accommodating and helpful on Completion day too. Thanks to all and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

From the beginning until the end, it has been a flawless experience. Always very responsive, professional, and understanding. I've been asked to provide feedback on an area where they can improve, but I really struggle to think of anything. I strongly recommend this agency. If you take care of the property, there will be no issues.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

Andy would always be available even out of hours. Would highly recommend this estate, they kept me positive about selling my property as they really understand the local market. They are independent, not part of a corporate chain and you really get a personal service. Five star service. Thank you guys

We approached Leaders, and things started to go more smoothly for us. We had successful viewings, regular communication and finally a sale we were happy with. 23rd Mar 2026 (19 days ago)I should have went with Knight Residential from the start to sell my house. After 8 weeks with no viewings, I asked Matt to place my house one the market with Knight’s. Wishing a few days, we had multiple viewings and an offer made and excepted. Matt then passed me over to Lorraine, who knew we had a quick turnaround needed of 6 weeks. Lorraine went above snd beyond, not that she would ever say she did. Each week she would make contact to provide updates, she would work with the buyer and our solicitors to ensure a swift smooth sale. Lorraine is now selling my letting property and everything again is going just as smoothly as. I would recommend Knight Residential, not just to sell, but to provide expert advice, guidance and if I were to purchase, let or sell again, I would not hesitate to go direct to Knight’s. Thank you.

10th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)My case was a lengthy one as there were works required following surveys and the team at Harris and Wood were always in contact, offering support and advice throughout. They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.

Ross the estate agent was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process bridging the gap between buyer and seller which sped the process along extremely quickly, enabling us to complete within 8 weeks. If we ever decided to sell we will certainly be using Hizzy property to do so.
13th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)I chose Grace estate agents because of previous complimentary reviews, it’s out of town centre office location affording easy access and parking. Their terms were clear and reasonable, with their MD Tara Grace taking the time to introduce herself and the business to me. Here is the thank you message I sent to Karen Ward, who looked after the sale of my property, which speaks for itself: Just a note to express my appreciation for the way you have handled my sale of the above mentioned property once having secured a buyer. What on the face of it, should have been a comparatively straightforward transaction, ended up being slowed by the need for the buyer to change their representing solicitor practice twice! You were always ‘on the ball’ chasing up as required along the way. I also really appreciated the friendly and professional way all the office took calls if you were not there or otherwise engaged! All your colleagues were always a pleasure to deal with. Having had recent experience connected with the attempted sale of a different property further made me appreciate the way your agency works!

27th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

She has been a life saver throughout this entire buying and selling process and would not want to go through this process again without an agent like her! She’s always there to pic up a call and give reassurance. The support and time she has given us has been amazing. Our exchange would not have happened when it did if she hadn’t been as driven as she is and got this across the line. She honestly deserve a pay rise/ promotion and I would absolute recommend anyone to try and have her as their sales progressor. Thank you so much Amy.
1st Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Moov’d recently sold our apartment for us and we couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
