Well all we can say is - TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED and found the Company, uninterested, rude and ignorant. We recently went to view a property on Bradshaw Road, Bolton - 3 storey stone cottage. However, trying to get this organised was an effort in the first place. We emailed twice and no response, so we rang the office. I spoke to a lady who for want of a better phrase...'was away with the fairies' (not wanting to insult fairies!!! ) But all I asked is 'could I please organise a viewing for a particular property as I have emailed twice but not heard back' - her response was 'What, 18th of June?' What????? So I explained again and she thought we had already been out to see it - so I explained AGAIN and she said 'Oh right I will have to see where it's upto and we will ring you back'. No phone call came. So I rang back again the day after and spoke to someone else. I went through it all again and no apology for the lack of interest came. Anyway the viewing was arranged and so we went along. The guy came out, all he said was good morning, never introduced himself or tried to 'sell' the house. He wouldn't have spoken unless we did. He just put the lights on when I questioned him about the house he was quite rude, arrogant and argumentative. Never once did he make any effort to make us want the house, infact he agreed that it was tiny and dark and he wouldn't want to live there. Our other point was that house on the website was shown as a whole house and nowhere did it mention that it had been split and the back half was another house. He argued this - but we are right. I am so disappointed with the whole experience and certainly would not want this agency selling my house and we will not be viewing any other house with them. We do actually feel so sorry for the person whose house this is. Good luck!... Read more
