I have used Claves for several house viewings over the last year I originally had an offer accepted on a property, but due to the survey I had conducted I had to pull out of the sale. Despite this, Claves remained professional, and worked diligently to bring new possible properties to my attention, by listening to what I wanted and needed. They have finally found me the perfect house, and I moved in a few weeks ago, the process has been very smooth and albeit longwinded (my pickiness), they stuck with me and put the customer first, not the sales opportunities. Highly recommend!

A very professional, seamless experience from start to finish with this estate agent. The fees were reasonable, they kept us informed on a ‘need to know’ basis throughout the process and, as we are based overseas, kept a check on the property outside of the normal viewing appointments. I have tried to think of any negatives or areas of improvement but in all honesty I cannot think of any. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Firstly, everyone I dealt with at claves has been really kind people.
In terms of clear communication they are great, they are prompt with getting the viewing bookings info. Over to you as soon as it’s booked in.
Marcus at Claves was very friendly and always happy, he managed the viewings we had on our property and did a great job.
We put our house up for sale just before Christmas which is the worst time but we did it so that in the new year it would be on peoples radars.
So basically from January we had viewings and by February it had sold so I can’t thank claves enough.

We decided to use Claves when we decided to sell our house. This was on basis of every sign of theirs that we saw had “sold” on it. We were also impressed with the standard of the listings on their web site. From our first contact with them to the last, whether with Warren, Marcus or Lynne was a positive experience. Outstanding service from start to finish. From the initial and realistic valuation through to the conclusion of the sale everything was handled professionally and to an extremely high standard. So much so that even our buyers remarked on how good they were! The marketing, understanding, communication, help, advice and importantly the care and personal attention was second to none. If they can produce this standard during Covid and Stamp Duty deadlines then I would love to see what they can do during normal times. If you want an estate agent that genuinely provides something different, has your best interest at heart and is proactive and go getting then look no further.
