Update 24/10/2018. Sorry it’s for Bovis homes Meridian End in Peacehaven. I didn’t realised the error few months. Our first home buy....horrible. Quality is compromised in each and every corner of the building. No soundproofing, tiny tiny rooms, no space on hallways, landings etc. Built a 4 bedroom on the space of a 3 bed house. Literally not thought out house design. We had issues everywhere. Some has rectified and other are still pending. Snag list didn’t complete even after 20 months. Never ending issues, squeaky flooring, no finishing at all on the ceiling, lawn is laid uneven- no topsoil, full of landfill waste underneath. Poor customer service...I had to bring NHBC into action, but nothing happens. They work for Bovis. Never ending lists...I can’t describe more. Never recommend Bovis. Please don’t buy if it’s built by Bovis.... Read more

Two stars for a two star builder (nationally rated, not by me) which is 7 more than they deserve really but hey ho. Homes look great on paper, pretty good when you move in but after a few weeks their interest in you disappears, just as the problems start. The after sales care is abysmal and that's being generous. Think long and hard and do your research before buying a Bovis home. ... Read more
