I would not recommend this Estate Agency to anyone, their marketing of properties is very poor antiquated, just like their office. There are plenty of good professional Estate Agents in the Worthing area and this is not one of them. When I questioned Ian Johnson over the lack of viewings on my property he was extremely rude and aggressive to me. I changed agents as a result of this and had an offer on my property within a week, which I have accepted and we are moving forward to exchange. Stafford Johnson had been marketing my property for 3 months and I did not receive one single offer!... Read more
