We have had the pleasure of working with Darren and the team selling our house in Goring. Throughout what has been a turbulent time due to the cost of living and political climate(thanks Kwasi). We have finally exchanged and completing this weekend. Through all the hurdles they have been there with advice and helped and I have to say certainly earnt their fee with the number of viewings generated. If you want to sell listen to the advice especially about pricing strategy. Others might offer a larger target price but Darren will help you get the right price for the market. .... Read more
