If you want an estate agent that invests in you as an individual look no further than Ian Hyder & Company . We rented through them over the last year. They found us a rental which had sufficient storage capacity for all our boxes ( we downsized from London) and was ideally located close to our own house that was being extended and remodelled. Throughout the year nothing was too much trouble, they really made renting easy. We would definitely recommend.... Read more

I can't recommend them enough! Ian Hyder & Company is one of the best in their field in Saltdean + Brighton Area. They care about the homes they are working with, and tenants. Also, their response is great -- polite, proactive, supportive, and prompt. We were looking for a house to rent for almost a month, dealt with couple of real estate agents -- who were very irresponsive and cold. So, when we entered their office and met Ryan, we were shocked to get such a warm response. He made sure that he understood our requirements, and within 24 hours we were shown our perfect house! It was unlike having to chase an agent, worrying if you may lose the house the next moment. We were warmly introduced to our landlord -- who too are great! Plus, the house was handed over with proper safety checks and renovations. All it took was 5 minutes to sign our papers once all background checks were done and we got the keys. Additionally, Ryan at Ian Hyder & Company made sure our deposits were insured. Ryan and Ian, thank you for the house and for your service, you don't know how much it means to me and my partner.
