Ian and Ryan Hyder say they are proud to offer a 'Moving Experience' with Pride, Passion and Professionalism. Both my husband and myself are happy to say that they exceeded in every department from the moment we stepped into their Rottingdean offices. Our cold call enquiry re renting a house quickly moved from a consultation to a conversation as if we had known one another for years. Their ease with their knowledge of the subject comes from from many, many years in their chosen business, thus creating an aura of cosy respectability in which to be guided by their expertise. A thoroughly professional outfit. From the very beginning I felt comfortable dealing with Ian and Ryan. They have bags of experience, they know the field and they apply their knowledge to get the best for all parties. They are diligent, committed and always available. On top of which they’re lovely friendly fellas you’re always pleased to talk to. I’m not just happy for them to oversee the management of my property, I’m grateful too as all the stress has been removed. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Awful, judgmental people absolutely wasted my time and energy, very close to brighton but extremely homophobic they not gonna want you in their village unless you're 50+, white and straight.

They are a great company, very professional with a great sense of customer service. No unnecessary disturbances or unplanned visits. Complaint resolution is very top notch, the fastest I have seen so far. A trustworthy management company and I would recommend them to anyone out there. A 10/10 Company ????.
Ryan is super human, great communicator, great listners and awesome solution provider.

Ryan is very nice, trustworthy and helpful with anything I need. I’ve just moved into my first apartment and I can always turn to him for advice and support. Him and his team are extremely friendly and professional. I couldn't recommend them enough! amazing people! They always responds to my queries and resolve any issues without delay.

A very special estate agency. Ryan and the team at Hyder & Co were professional, friendly and efficient. They dealt with our queries quickly and their through the rental and moving in process was top notch. We are grateful for the way they assisted us every step of the way. Would highly recommend the firm if you are considering renting or letting.

Excellent professional service all round.
I used ian and ryan to sell my property, gave me clear and honest advice and very helpful in matters with my solicitors.
I then decided to move back to rottingdean after moving to wales and again used them for my purchase. All went very smoothly with no problems.
If you are buying or selling a property i would highly recommend them

I can't recommend them enough! Ian Hyder & Company is one of the best in their field in Saltdean + Brighton Area. They care about the homes they are working with, and tenants. Also, their response is great -- polite, proactive, supportive, and prompt. We were looking for a house to rent for almost a month, dealt with couple of real estate agents -- who were very irresponsive and cold. So, when we entered their office and met Ryan, we were shocked to get such a warm response. He made sure that he understood our requirements, and within 24 hours we were shown our perfect house! It was unlike having to chase an agent, worrying if you may lose the house the next moment. We were warmly introduced to our landlord -- who too are great! Plus, the house was handed over with proper safety checks and renovations. All it took was 5 minutes to sign our papers once all background checks were done and we got the keys. Additionally, Ryan at Ian Hyder & Company made sure our deposits were insured.
Ryan and Ian, thank you for the house and for your service, you don't know how much it means to me and my partner. Also, 5 extra starts for Ryan :)

Absolutely fantastic service, myself and my partner popped in by change whilst looking for somewhere to live that met our requirements. Ryan in Particular was exceptionally helpful in assisting us and really did go far and beyond to ensure we found somewhere. They have also been far more supportive than any previous real estate agent i have been in contact with, I really can't thank them enough and will be doing further business with them in the future. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this company. Great effort by Ryan and the team to get our house sold. Nice people to work with and kept us informed at all times during the sale process. Their photos, in particular, stood out as very professional. Highly recommend.
