My experience with the people of John Hilton in Rottingdean has only been a positive one. Alex Wilson was especially helpful and very supportive when things didn’t go as planned. He kept us informed at every opportunity and even on his days off. Once, he even contacted me when he was on holiday. He, and his colleagues have had a very hard job with our property chain, twice it looked like it had fallen apart but they persevered and we got there in the end. I don’t normally have many good things to say about estate agents, but this group has surpassed my expectations. Thank you all for your hard work and your patience with this chain. Top notch service from Alex (mainly) and Simon. They marketed really well and got numerous viewings within days and an acceptable offer within a month or so. Alex also went out of his way to assist me in sorting out contractors (as I was away or abroad), which was much appreciated- well outside the normal responsibilities of an estate agent. The staff are all very down to earth, honest, and approachable, going out of their way to help and provide regular updates.
