I hate estate agents as a rule but I have to say John Hilton have been the best. Alex Wilson was the greatest support throughout the who long winded tortuous experience, offering support, knowlege and encouragement the whole way through. My onward chain broke down 4 times but still he persevered going over and beyond in my opinion. I could of given up without him. But we exchanged today after 8 months from the original offer and I am soooo happy!!!!! I can not recommend John Hilton enough and Alex in particular.... Read more

My experience with the people of John Hilton in Rottingdean has only been a positive one. Alex Wilson was especially helpful and very supportive when things didn’t go as planned. He kept us informed at every opportunity and even on his days off. Once, he even contacted me when he was on holiday. He, and his colleagues have had a very hard job with our property chain, twice it looked like it had fallen apart but they persevered and we got there in the end. I don’t normally have many good things to say about estate agents, but this group has surpassed my expectations. Thank you all for your hard work and your patience with this chain.
