Deceitful cowboy under the veneer of professionalism.
When approached to value and sell our property a few years back, David Webb wanted to slash the price right down stating our property was exactly the same as former council estate properties in the area, 20 or 30 minutes' walk away from us.
Ours is a privately owned property and has never been owned by any local authority or housing association and back then there was a huge difference in prices. (Rottingdean is still not London where prices of former council properties could be the same as privately owned properties).
We found him deceitful and arrogant.
We would like to see his property and those owned by his family members treated as council estate properties and priced in the same manner!
Your reply is disingenuous. It is precisely what you didn't do! You did not compare our property with similar properties but deliberately only made comparisons with council estate properties.

Only 2 viewings were arranged in 3 months - really disappointed. David himself was lovely, but the team around him are rarely available and seem disinterested. The office secretary was incredibly rude.

If you want an honest estate agency who go the extra mile don't look any further. We had a particularly complicated sale and Danny went above and beyond for us to ensure it eventually went through. He has restored my faith in estate agents and I would whole heartedly recommend them.
