5 Stars from start to finish! Old fashioned personal service from John & David coupled with 21st century use of the internet. The offices might be small but their ‘reach’ and use of advertising channels is big!! I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I can’t recommend John and David enough. John supported us through a particularly difficult and protracted transaction with consistent professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness. I particularly liked going with a smaller agent as they actually knew our property well. They were always honest, and supportive of my family’s needs. Our property is in Kemp Town, and similar properties nearby were on with other agents and haven’t been sold.

Deceitful cowboy under the veneer of professionalism.
When approached to value and sell our property a few years back, David Webb wanted to slash the price right down stating our property was exactly the same as former council estate properties in the area, 20 or 30 minutes' walk away from us.
Ours is a privately owned property and has never been owned by any local authority or housing association and back then there was a huge difference in prices. (Rottingdean is still not London where prices of former council properties could be the same as privately owned properties).
We found him deceitful and arrogant.
We would like to see his property and those owned by his family members treated as council estate properties and priced in the same manner!
Your reply is disingenuous. It is precisely what you didn't do! You did not compare our property with similar properties but deliberately only made comparisons with council estate properties.

We have just moved away from David Webb Residential managing our property in Woodingdean. They are unprofessional and rude, especially Anthony who seems to think its OK to get the Gas Safety check performed 2 weeks late. I would avoid using this company if you are thinking of using them to manage a rental property.

The most Inefficient, rude and untrustworthy team a seller buyer or a landlord could ever come across. Save your time and stress and look for others. If you decide to stick to them then you will say oh I should have listened to this review.

Really nice guys, highly recommended, down to earth, honest and pleasant to deal with.
They found us a really nice home and me and my partner have been very happy here and not a day goes past when we don't wake up with a smile about where we live.
I had bad credit history which made it difficult to rent anyway but they did thorough checks and found another way around letting the property to us which was also safe for the landlord.
They also helped us with the fees as we had just been scammed for £500 by a different letting agency. You'd be happy to know that these guys are professionals and the opposite of some the businesses in this industry.
They provided an installation for us to set up TV and sent a heating engineer round to us straight away to fix the heating (which embarressingly wasnt actually broken we just couldn't figure it out!) and they didn't charge us for either of these services.
If you want someone you can trust, these are your people.
