PLEASE STAY AWAY from this agency, the manager Jamal Ahmed is a CON MAN. They mislead you with the marketing of their properties They take payments for Holding deposits without giving any official paper work and say it will be sent after you pay. Jamal Ahmed lied and said I retracted an offer from a property, when i only asked if the start date could be changed by a few days. Jamal then said because I asked for the start date to be changed (by only a few days) I could no longer rent the property and he would not refund me over £500.00. Even after I said I would still rent the property at the originally agreed date. I only ASKED to see if it was possible, apparently me asking is enough to loose £500.00. He gives you no reason at all for not refunding the money and dismisses all emails sent. The service is horrible. STAY AWAY... Read more

Very poor service, literally a scam, do not get their service as they only focus on milking your money and go MIA then after. Also agent is utterly rude and not responsive to fixing stuffs, can you imagine a boiler being down for 2 weeks and showering with cold water? If not, don't bother with them.... Read more
