I tried to sell my property near Brick Lane. Complete waste of time with this farcical "Fawlty Towers" set-out.

Awful customer service. Manager is completely unreliable and disorganised.

This place should market itself as an Experience Day for people to experience what an estate agent in Bangladesh is like.

Terrible Flats.

Bery high price.

Very Noisy area. You wont be able to sleep well.

It feels you live in the same room with other people as you can hear everyone in their rooms.

The beds are so cheap and often I got backpain.

There are sometimes rats and spiders.

Internet is terrible and they ignore you all the time.

Go find somewhere else not for them.

They are rude arrogant and dodgy.

I received a shocking service from this most unprofessional agent. I phoned up on Wednesday to view a property in Barking & was told by Raza the house is not in good shape because there's a family of tenants in situ. I said I could cope with it being untidy unless there was damage. Then i was told previous tenants had been growing weed in the house so it had to be completely renovated. Raza promised to call me but he didn't. So I phoned again on Friday to ask about my appointment. He claimed the owner had asked him to hold off for 2 days?? By Saturday, there was still no phone call so I called again twice and nobody picked up my call. The property had been listed since December 2017. Is it any wonder why it's still not sold??

Update: Raza finally called me on Monday to apologise & an appointment has now been made for coming Friday.

Come a tutti gli annunci la PRIMA cosa che diciamo è che abbiamo un cane, per loro, non c'è problema, ci chiedoni un deposito di 600 sterline e ci comunicano che se le nostre referenze non vanno bene ci avrebbero decurtato 75 pounds, MA PER IL CANE NON C'È PROBLEMA.
Dopo 10 GIORNI e notice fatto al vecchio landlord ci dicono che le referenze vanno bene, ma il landlord non vuole il cane è quindi ci restituiscono 550 sterline ( 50 in meno) e dopo 5 giorni!!!!
Incompetenti, perditempo e ladri!!!
