Awful, the company manager (Ian) shouted at my girlfriend on the phone then hung up when she inquired about the gas cert not being up to date (illegal) before moving in. Doubt Ian will remember as apparently he does this frequently and is known for this type of behaviour (we’ve talked to other people that have dealt with him) Avoid at all costs, unprofessional and tiring - feel sorry for his poor staff. She used another local lettings company and has been happily renting a new (safe!) place the past month, don’t go here, there’s faaar better options... Read more
