As parents of students you just hope to find landlords who will be fair and proactive in addressing issues that may arise as people are living away from home for the first time. We have been shocked by Indigo's complete lack of service in addressing even the basics of timely and fit-for-purpose maintenance coupled with the unjust and exorbitant charges made at the end of the tenancy. There are plenty of fair landlords in Brighton, as we know from talking to other parents, so shop around as you don't want to be ripped off as we were!

I would not recommend this property agency to anyone seeking a reliable, professional service. If you’re renting, don’t expect your deposit back because Indigo Lettings will find a way to cheat you out of it

Really disappointing. Slow to respond to maintenance requests, property had damp and roofing issues, and there were ridiculous deposit reductions at the end of tenancy. Cupboard collapsed from wall during tenancy which could have caused serious injury and the emergency contact number provided did not service the house and the fire alarms were out of date by over five years. Unreasonable deposit reductions and complete absence of communication when this was challenged (10 days and counting since our last email) has been attributed to the “busy time of year”. Would not recommend to anyone

Just rent my "home"
Professional and friendly made my first experience of renting super easy (I hate househunting and all the paperwork process) these ladies turned renting to a hole experience based in clear details and information. Ready to answer any questions and giving me an idea of what agencies should be like.
P. S the welcoming box with the goodies was the cherry on the top.

Indigo Lettings are the best company I’ve rented from in my many years of experience of renting in Brighton. They were extremely friendly, yet highly professional from the first time I contacted them. All the staff I’ve dealt with/spoken to so far, Tracy, Briony and Faye, are efficient and very helpful. Two minor maintenance issues were resolved swiftly by professional workmen in a relatively short period of time. The property feels safe and comfortable and of a high standard. I’d highly recommend!

Simply Amazing!!! I Moved in to my property with Indigo lettings early this year. The people i came across with so far, Briony and Alex are amazing, Polite and professional. could not have asked for a better letting agency. I highly recommend Indigo lettings.

I moved into a Indigo Lettings property in 2017. Amber and Briony couldn't of been more helpful friendly and professional and polite. Also Mick on maintenance is always friendly and helpful when any issues arise. I recommend Indigo Lettings fully.
