Absolutely 5 star service from Vicky at H2O homes! I was temporarily without heating last week and she and a colleague came round in minutes with heaters. Vicky could not have been more helpful and caring. Next time I’m renting a holiday flat I will go to her first! Highly recommend this company.

Linda and her team at H2O have been great with our purchase. After having a bad experience with Brand Vaughan. Linda is very knowledgeable with regard to the marina and was very helpful every step of the way. I would recommend H2O Homes they are the best on the marina!

This State agent provides outstanding apartments in Brighton Marina they respond quickly to our calls. I stayed in a apartment for one week, it had 2 bedrooms one with two large single beds with a bathroom connected too it and a Xbox the other had on double bed and a large family bathroom rite outside the bedroom entrance the it has a livening room and a dining room both in one room (the living room also has a Xbox) it has a sitting area outside the apartment and you can see the water and the boats from your livening room. This apartment was Victoria Muse number 85. I strongly recommend any apartment from this state agent.If you are looking for the summer I recommend to book around January February or you might not find a available booking unless there is a cancellation. I would like to mention one final thing was that the apartment had no cutlery other wise this apartment was outstanding

Extremely unprofessional, completely wasted my time. Took the deposit whilst leaving property on the market after and wasting 2 weeks of my time to come round and tell me the Landlord is giving the property to a friend. Would not recommend there services.

We rented a flat through H20 for nearly three months from January. We were given a choice of flats to consider and provided with lots of useful information help and advice. The service we received was excellent. The team were very professional, friendly, and helpful and they made everything straightforward and seamless. We would definitely recommend H20.

I was delighted with the service I received from H2O homes. They handled everything from the viewings (during COVID) to the end of tenancy checkout with professionalism and personal care. It was so reassuring to have the team nearby in the marina as friendly faces and sources of help and advice. They went above and beyond in helping me during the pandemic and were always prompt and responsive in dealing with requests.
