H2o Homes were absolutely excellent whilst myself and my partner were looking for a property. Every single member of staff was kind, personable and provided excellent service. Their diligence and service could serve as an education to a lot of estate agents in Brighton and Hove who fail to display even a 10th of the warmth and service of H2o Homes and their timeframes for a response is second to none. A massive shout out to Linda who looked after us every step of the way and is simply put brilliant. Although we didn't buy this time I wouldn't hesitate to use H2o again nor recommend them.... This State agent provides outstanding apartments in Brighton Marina they respond quickly to our calls. I stayed in a apartment for one week, it had 2 bedrooms one with two large single beds with a bathroom connected too it and a Xbox the other had on double bed and a large family bathroom rite outside the bedroom entrance the it has a livening room and a dining room both in one room (the living room also has a Xbox) it has a sitting area outside the apartment and you can see the water and the boats from your livening room. This apartment was Victoria Muse number 85. I strongly recommend any apartment from this state agent.If you are looking for the summer I recommend to book around January February or you might not find a available booking unless there is a cancellation. I would like to mention one final thing was that the apartment had no cutlery other wise this apartment was outstanding... Read more

I have some experience having bought six properties in the past The level of professionalism and care provided by Linda throughout was exemplary. I cannot speak too highly of the way she kept us in touch during the process. I can assure you this is not typical of the service I have had from estate agents previously.Her knowledge of the Marina , its services and management is outstanding. I felt very reassured during the transaction that she was always acting in my best interests In addition she was very patient with my questions and comments and I never felt I was wasting her time ( which on some occasions I am sure I was). Six years ago Linda helped me find and buy my first home, immediately on the case finding the perfect home for my first big move from London to Brighton. We found it quickly and I lived there happily. Today I finally completed on the sale of that beautiful first home to move back to London from Brighton. For both the purchase and sale of this property Linda had not changed. She takes everything in her stride and she faces every challenge thrown at her head on. I know without a doubt that the work she and the team put in will be thorough and despite the purchase or sale not being her own, she will treat it as if it is. Ensuring everybody comes out happy and all paperwork is going through correctly. Linda is incredibly friendly and lovely that you know you are in expert and safe hands at such an exciting yet strangely incredibly stressful time but you will be reassured by knowing that she is only a phone call away to put any worries at ease. I was moving to Brighton from London and looking at various places when I stumbled across H2O Homes. They were able to show me several places including the one I decided to call home for the next 14 months. Across three countries I have lived in and about 7 different rental agents over the last 10 years and Mark (and Linda) have been by far the best to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and they will go out of their way to help. I had a shower screen shatter on me and Mark came down to help clean up the bathrooms and bedrooms. They seem to just want to do their best for both their tenants and their owners. Flat above mine, managed by them, had a water leak devastating my bathroom. Tenant asked them to speak to me and the man couldn't be bothered and almost ran out of the block. All the more shocking as the leak was reported days earlier and I spent Sunday without electricity as the circuit had tripped and needed to dry out. Presumably they are just going to hit the landlord or their insurance and hide. Pretty shocking performance and if I were a landlord I'd think twice about these people.... Read more
