Worst, disgusting and unprofessional estate agents. They trap landlords in the name of guaranteed rental scheme and then sub-let the property to tenants who don't have any credit history and do all kinds of fraudulent activities. They don't even bother performing the background checks before letting the property to tenants. Never pays rent on time and have to chase multiple times every month for rent and infact stops paying rent to the landlords once section 21 notice is served to tenants. Inside homes is one stop shop for all the tenants who have no credit history and who cannot rent a property from other high street estate agents. Good luck to landlords if you still handover your property to Inside Homes Estate Agents UK limited and now renamed to Inside Homes London Limited.... Read more

Worst experience, I won’t recommend them at all. I gave my property for rent through them, they got the worst tenants ever who damaged the property and big nuisence to the neighbors as well. This agent never paid rent on time, every month I had to chase them multiple times for the rent. They took my property under rent guarantee but when tenants left the property they didn't cover the rent and I had to chase multiple times for the repairs. Stay away from these people.... Read more
