Great company to work alongside. I have a property under the guaranteed rental scheme. It was seamless and quick placement of the tenant. All the necessary checks were in place and all the hassle has been removed regards maintenance of the property. Tenant has been really happy which makes life a lot easier. Payment always on time and regular rent reviews undertaken as well as yearly inspection reports. So you know you are in safe hands. Would highly recommend.... Read more

I’m not too sure how I feel about this estate agent. I telephoned to enquire about a flat and was under the impression someone would be there to show us around. When I arrived there was just a builder/decorator in the property however he said he could answer all our questions so I’m assuming he was also the owner of the property? The property was advertised as unfurnished and the photos were taken of an empty property however when we got there there was a bed/mattress in one of the rooms. There were appliances in the kitchen and the builder said that everything was staying. There was also a strong smell of urine coming from the toilet/bathroom which was so strong the builder closed the door as we came in and we could still smell it in the property. I understand that this is down to whoever was living there but I’d expect the estate agent to at least make sure it was in a suitable condition to be viewed or at least come in person to show the property. You know they say people come into your lives for a reason. I am soo happy that I chose Everest to rent. Any issues I have, I ring and it’s solved straight away. They are very professional. My 5year old daughter recently passed away. I informed Imran to let him know my situation. He has gone over and behond to help me especially in my time of grief. 1.The agency, promises you things will be done when you report but nothing done. 2. The house was left with more than 10 soiled mattresses and broken cupboards for me to clear. And the said they have given the house back as it was. 3. The house was painted unprofessional, with paint over the switches lights and black mode. 4. After lease was finished, I had to fight for two years to get house back. 5. Cooker was left not working. Chandelier not there and when I told him, hesaid everything was working and all chandelier there. 6. No end of contract letter to give the bill company as the house was left with a lot of unpaid Bill's. When I request was told am a difficult landlord. 7. Soiled pads on the top of the roof and this is something I spoke to the agency a year before tennants left as the neighbours were complaining of smell. 8. The entrance porch broken. Overall the communication with the agency was bad and they did not care even when the tennants report of broken/ things not working in the house. When I questioned they said it was far. But they were taking money every month.... Read more
