A great agency to rent from. Been renting with them since 3 years now in london and never had an issue with them. Super helpful team! Once you are renting with them, you can rest assured that any issues you face with the apartment, will be dealt with quite swiftly and quickly. I had been with home choice since 2018 and trust me, never had a single issue from them. Dee and Dal helped me with all the concerns very quickly. Initially I was afraid as I need to stay with small kids and any issue like boiler not working,etc will impact kids very quickly. But home choice ( Dee and Dal) helped in all ways and used to solve any kind of issue quickly. Even during COVID times as well when contract was ending and not sure whether to extend contract or not, these wonderful and amazing guys helped me with good suggestions and helped me in all ways. I messaged Dee, the letting agent one hour and 15 mins before the viewing time to say I was running a few minutes late. They waited until the time of the viewing to say they couldn't wait and left. Why make me even waste my time by traveling there? I even explained that I'd traveled over an hour but they didn't care and still left. I wouldn't give these cowboys even a pound of my hard earned money. They don't value their customers. Avoid this letting agent!... Read more

I have been renting for 4 years a studio flat with garden in Goodmayes, and to be honest, in 4 years never had an issue with the support or help from this letting agency. When ever needed or had a property issues, they solved it promptly and given the necessary advice. The tenancy deposit was protected by a government scheme and I was notified from the agency after 3 years to be given my money back with their statement that I have been a good tenant. Dal and Dee are two amazing guys by offering you the best and quick customer service. Overall, this agency really works in the tenants' interest and is trying it s best to make to feel you as much as comfortable and relaxed like in your own house.
