Absolutely horrendous service provided by these agents when we were the tenants at a property of theirs. They stole my housemate and my deposits as well as ignoring emails, phone calls and other forms of communication. Do not let yourself get sucked into this ghastly organisation and stay well away !! A rating of Zero would be too generous a rating for these daylight robbers..... Read more

Never use again. For sale sign put up on wrong house (basics). Blamed board company, but who gave the board company the details, false promises. No response to emails I sent, photos not published on website. Joke of a company, 75% of viewings did not turn up. I was told by the person who came to see me that there office staff will always keep me updated, YEAH RIGHT. I will never recommend to use this company.... Read more

I can't recommend IPS highly enough, they put my property up for sale on the same day they valued it and they just couldn't do enough to help with the whole process. Corby and Julie especially were fantastic, keeping me informed and updated throughout. They made the buying and selling of a property easy. Absolutely fantastic customer service, always easy to get hold of and nothing was too much trouble for them. I've not had lots of dealings with estate agents but my experience with IPS has left a lasting impression and if I move again they will be the first people I call.... Read more

He went to great lengths to get the sale of our house completed and nothing was to much trouble. IPS acted very professionally and I was constantly updated with the progress of the sale.
