I had a conversation about arranging a house evaluation booked for Saturday 7th January between 12.30 - 1pm.. When 1pm passed I called the agent and I was told no booking had been scheduled for that address. I then checked my phone log and the call was taken on Monday 2nd January. Terrible service (I say that loosely) as they didn't follow up on the service that was arranged.

Worst estate agents I've visited. The Asian lady with the blue eyes was totally ignorant and arrogant. Was feeding me false information and was not keeping to her words. Very laid back branch with no organisation. I cannot believe people trust such individuals with their properties.

A fire next door to my building made my flat uninhabitable, belvoir continued to say it was fine despite no front door for over a month. Charged rent when I couldn't live there, won't repair any damages, moved in with a piss soaked sofa and cigarette burned carpet which was never sorted. Checked online and most of these reviews are seemingly fake. The local people in the area have all had problems with them holding money, claiming on false repairs, hiking up the rent charges. They ignore emails, phone calls, charge for referencing but won't actually give out a reference. I'm personally taking all of this to court and they've been made aware but ignored every message and phone call.
April 2018 - I’ve just completed on an investment property purchase through Barkers Queens Road. Joanna and Jessica were immensely helpful, professional and proactive throughout the process. I highly recommend Barkers, they are a great company to deal with. ????
October 2018 - I’ve gone through the full cycle with Barkers by using them to rent out the two flats that I bought through them in April. Most importantly they did me a great deal on letting fees because of this, and certainly did not hang about in renting it out for me. Jack Savory was spot on in terms of what he could achieve, and he delivered. Highly recommend Jack Savory and his Barkers rental team! ????
