We can never get hold of the agent - we have major leaks and never get a response very unprofessional service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I am a partner in Peter Pizzeria on Welford Place along with a number of other share holders which is why you cannot find me as a tenant. We are suffering as a business because we are being ignored in relation to problems we are having with the leaks and the roof. You contact us for rent but never to help us with issues which you are responsible for. Other shareholders will be leaving you a review too.

I called to buy a house, the agent asked me for details, and I called to get information. The first question he asked me was "is the property currently on the market" ....?! He couldn't even tell if the house was still available. I hung up when he said he couldn't answer my question. In the public trust profession, which being a real estate agent definitely is, the lack of professionalism regarding one's own offer only repels the buyer - a lack of competence and trust.
