The advice and help from Louise at Irving Palmer was absolutely invaluable whilst selling our house. We really appreciated the honesty and no nonsense approach that was a delightful contrast to other estate agents that we’d had dealings with. From the initial contact and valuation, through to the highs and lows of viewings and an offer being made and then withdrawn.. to then handing over those keys.. Louise was an absolute star. I have no doubt that if we’d not taken on her advice in regards to valuation, we could easily still be waiting for a buyer. Louise’s experience, connections and knowledge of the market was an absolute boon and we couldn’t have done it without her!

A lock
In our recent search for a family home, we have come across many lettings agents. Most of them have been pleasant, although rather full of themselves and to be honest, quite cold. However, the two lovely agents we met through this company have been absolutely delightful! Nothing is too much bother and they are so welcoming and friendly, at the same time as being professional. I would highly recommend!!!
